Just in case you were wondering, Selena Gomez prefers Instagram over Snapchat when it comes to the playful filters, but there's a deeper meaning to her selection.
On Tuesday (March 5), the pop titan took to Instagram to share some of the filters of her on Snapchat and had an issue with how the former often edits eyes to look blue in their more glamorizing filters. "Literally every single Snapchat filter has the blue eyes. What if you have brown eyes? Am I supposed to have these eyes ... to look good?" she questioned in a clip, before changing over to another drastically distorted filter of herself. "They should have more filters like this. Oh, great, and it's the only one that uses my brown eyes. Like, look at this. I don't understand. They have all the blue eyes for all the ones that are, like, really pretty and then I put on this and it's like brown ... brown eyes."
Expect to see more of Gomez making the most of her 2019 on Instagram. Not only has she seemingly landed in a good space when it comes to her health, but the 26-year-old star has already released her team-up with Puma, offered up a personal duet with Julia Michaels called "Anxiety" and dropped a mega-collab alongside Benny Blanco, J Balvin and Tainy called "I Can't Get Enough." In honor of the latter, iHeartRadio recently decided to take a trip down memory lane to rank all of the collaborations under her belt. Now, we've excluded the just-released single (since we're still digesting it) and her work alongside her former band, The Scene, as they were a collective act for three LPs. However, our ranking includes everything released during her Disney days up until her recent 2019 duet with Julia Michaels. Click here to see how Gomez's collabs sized up against one another!
