Last year, Marshmello teamed up with Bastille's Dan Smith and dropped a huge single in "Happier." Now, the producer/DJ is dipping another toe into the alternative pool and recruited Chvrches for his latest banger, "Here With Me." On Friday (March 8), he shared the song and lyric video, which features an animated version of the band's singer Lauren Mayberry, her eyes hearts with exes over them.
Like "Happier," the song meshes EDM beats with acoustic guitars as Mayberry sings "You're saying the words that I want you to say/ There's a pain in my heart and it won't go away/ Now I know I'm falling in deep/ 'Cause I need you here with me" during the chorus.

"Happier" is up for two iHeartRadio Music Awards this year: "Best Alternative Song of the Year" and "Best Dance Song of the Year." For the first time, the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards will air on FOX on Thursday, March 14 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) as a 2 hour TV broadcast. The show will also be broadcasted as a 2-hour national iHeartRadio broadcast across 150+ iHeartMedia stations as well as on iHeartRadio.com and in the iHeartRadio app. The show will also be streaming live on FoxNow.
