Kim Kardashian and Kanye West made an exciting announcement back in January: they're expecting their fourth child together via surrogate. Rumors swirled about a new addition to the West family for a few weeks before Kim finally confirmed the happy news during an appearance on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live!, even hinting at the baby's due date. So, when is Kim's baby due? It's sooner than you thought.
While Kim didn't reveal any specifics about her fourth child's due date, she did tell host Andy Cohen the baby boy's due date is "sometime soon." Us Weekly reported that North, Saint, and Chicago's little brother would be arriving in very early May. This report is, of course, unconfirmed by members of the Kardashian-Jenner-West family, but the timeline definitely makes sense.
During her appearance on Watch What Happens Live!, Kim said she started telling friends about her baby around Christmas time. "I got drunk at our Christmas Eve party and I told some people. I can't remember who I told because I never get drunk," the 38-year-old reality star said. Most expectant mothers opt not to reveal pregnancy news until the first trimester is over, but a source revealed to E! that Kim's surrogate was well into her pregnancy by the Christmas Eve party. In a preview for season 16 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, it appears that Kim and Kanye told their family the pregnancy news in late summer/early fall, which matches up with the "very early May" timeline.
"Kim and Kanye have known for awhile and are very excited. They had one male embryo left and are thrilled it has worked out," the source told E!. "Kim always wanted four kids and having two boys and two girls feels perfect. They were very happy with the entire experience the first time and are so grateful to have one more baby."
Maybe Kim and Kanye's fourth child will be BFFs with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's royal baby? Their expectant due dates are right around the same time.
