Normani is about to hit us with a new joint — and it features a surprising voice!
Last night (August 2), the "Waves" singer surprised fans with a super-short snippet of what sounds to be a collaboration with her "Sweetener World Tour" tourmate Ariana Grande. The 23-year-old unveiled the yet-untitled track on her Instagram account, and from what we can hear so far, it sounds like a total dream. In the seconds-long audio clip, you can just make out Normani and Grande singing, in blissful harmony, the lyrics: "Get naked, but I won't tell them."

It was only a matter of time before the powerhouse pop stars would join forces on a record. Aside from bonding over snapping photos behind-the-scenes of Grande's worldwide jaunt, the "Dancing With a Stranger" performer previously dished on forming a sisterhood with the "7 Rings" artist.
While speaking with PEOPLE in April, the former Fifth Harmony member gushed about their friendship and how they've bonded on tour.
“We wear face masks, wake up really late, have breakfast, that kind of jam … just typical girls!” Normani told the outlet of her friendship with the "Boyfriend" songstress. “I feel like she’s had an incredible year, especially going through as much as she has. The way that she’s handled things, not only as an artist, but as a woman — I think she’s the definition of resilience,” she adds of her friend's big year so far, likening their girl time on the road as "a sleepover on wheels."
