Billie Eilish Redesigns 2028 Olympics Logo With Her Signature Lime Green

The 2028 Olympics are poised to take place in Los Angeles and while this year's events were canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic, Olympic organizers are still hyping us up for the next Games.

The City Of Angels Olympic And Paralympic Committee unveiled the logo for the 2028 Summer Olympics and partnered with a ton of famous faces to create alternative designs.

One of those lucky celebrities is none other than 18-year-old Billie Eilish. Eilish redesigned the ‘A’ from the event’s official logo, and the “my future” singer used her signature lime green to give the design a makeover.

“The font is the font that I use for my logo, and who knows if that's going to be relevant in my life in eight years, but I have this whole thing about not wanting to please my past self or my future self… it's all about pleasing your present self,” she said.

While talking about her logo, Eilish also opened up about what LA means to her.

“LA is so open… every time I come back I feel back to myself and back to who I am and my roots,” she said. “LA is inspiring in a lot of ways. I love that about LA in the first place is that it's really diverse and it's not just one type of people.”

In addition to Eilish taking part in the Olympic festivities, other famous faces including Reese Witherspoon and talk show host Lilly Singh designed logos. Olympians like Chloe Kim, Adam Rippon, Gabby Douglas, and Alex Morgan also got in on the fun by creating logos.
