Date night!
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle enjoyed a night out with close friends Katharine McPhee and David Foster on Tuesday (October 6). The two couples met up for a three hour dinner at at Lucky's Steakhouse in Montecito, California. This marks the first time the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been spotted out in public for a social occasion since moving to the United States last spring.
In photos of the night out published by the Daily Mail , Meghan can be seen wearing orange Manolo Blahnik heels, a loose-fitting top and a trench coat draped over her shoulders. The outfit successfully blocked much of Meghan's body, especially because they were taken from either a side or back angle. Meghan has worn a coat over shoulders on multiple occasions over the years, however, royal watchers were still speculating about a potential pregnancy online. One user called her trench coat "strategically placed."
Cosmopolitan UK also points out some interesting wording in a recent lawsuit filed by the Sussexes. After a set of drone photos were taken of their son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, in their back yard, Meghan and Harry sued paparazzi agency X17 for breach of privacy. The lawsuit states that they will do whatever is "necessary to protect their children from this manufactured feeding frenzy." Their decision to use the word 'children' instead of 'child' could potentially hint that baby number two is on the way.
Back in 2019, Prince Harry spoke to Dr. Jane Goodall about his plans to expand his family. When Goodall warned him not to have too many, Harry replied he and Meghan wanted two kids "maximum." Perhaps little Archie will be getting a sibling sooner rather than later.
