Pink and her daughter, Willow Sage Hart, are releasing a new song together!
On Wednesday (February 10), the pop star, 41, announced that she and the 9-year-old will be putting out a sweet new song just in time for Valentine’s Day, titled “Cover Me in Sunshine.”
"We thought we'd put it out around Valentine's Day as a big old hug and kiss to all y'all," Pink shared in a video of the song, which will release on Friday (February 12).
If you've been watching Pink's social media feeds recently, then the announcement may not come as much of a surprise. The "Stupid Girls" singer's daughter actually sung the song to celebrate her mommy's TikTok debut earlier this week.
"Cover me in sunshine / Shower me in good times / Tell me that the world's been spinning / Since the beginning and everything will be all right / Just cover me in sunshine," Willow sings in the clip, which has since been "liked" more than 1 million times.
Although “Cover Me in Sunshine” will be Pink's first official song that includes Willow as a featured artist, it won't be the first time the mother-daughter duo have performed together. As you'll recall last year, Willow and her mom performed a heartwarming rendition of Nat King Cole’s “The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)” for The Disney Holiday Singalong.
