Rick Ross Just Dropped $3.5 Million CASH To Buy An NBA Star's Home

Rick Ross just dropped $3.5 million in cash for an NBA star’s Florida home.

The rapper recently made headlines for offering his Atlanta mansion to filmmakers for Coming 2 America.

“The reason why I’m believing in it so much is because they are filming at my estate in Atlanta,” Ross revealed to Nick Cannon in a 2019 interview. “It’s going to be dope.”

Now, he paid millions in cash for Amar’e Stoudemire’s estate in South Florida, the New York Post reported on Tuesday (March 9).

According to the Post, the 45-year-old artist scored a four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom house at more than 7,300 square feet. Listing agent Kim Knausz told the Post that the walk-in closet was one of Ross’ favorite things about the Florida house.

But the South Florida house also offers so much more, including a bar, a pool table, a yoga room, a movie theater, a nine-car garage.

The new purchase marks Ross’ return to Florida since moving to Atlanta in 2016. There, he lived in a nearly 50,000-square-foot mansion with 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms and tons of amenities (which made it the perfect location for Drop Dead Diva and other TV shows before Coming 2 America).
