There are constantly people moving from all over the country to different parts of the United States. A lot of those relocating have found themselves in Minnesota.
Stacker released a list of Minnesota's fastest-growing counties, and the results may surprise you.
The report states that from 2018 to 2019, the U.S. population saw an increase of .48%, but that was "its slowest rate in 100 years." Although the U.S. population growth is slow, many states, like Minnesota, are seeing a population increase based on other factors.
"These shifts can be due to job opportunities, high quality of life, easy commutability to job centers, low rents, or any combination of these or other factors. Stacker compiled a list of the fastest-growing counties in Minnesota using data from the U.S. Census Bureau. Counties are ranked by the highest population growth from 2010 to 2019, based on 5-year estimates."
