A man accused of exposing himself to a Florida woman was caught on camera outside the victim's home over the weekend, Local 10 reports.
Volusia County sheriff's deputies said they've been monitoring a Deltona, Florida neighborhood all last week after getting reports of a man exposing himself to a woman. Come Saturday evening (August 21), authorities caught 37-year-old Javier Orozco Gutierrez allegedly standing outside the victim's bedroom window with his pants down.
A deputy's body camera video caught the entire arrest, and reporters learned there was a short chase before Gutierrez was taken into custody.
