Lady Gaga is there for her Little Monsters.

During a recent MAYHEM Ball concert in Antwerp, Belgium, the "Dead Dance" singer stopped in the middle of a performance when fans appeared to be in distress. In a video shared online, Gaga was sitting at a piano at the end of the stage singing a ballad at when some fans in the crowd yelled out. She immediately stopped playing and focused all her attention on the crowd, asking, "Is everything okay?" and asking the audience to wait a second as she worked to make sure everyone was alright.

As she walked toward the edge of the stage to check on the fans in distress, the rest of the crowd clapped, cheering "I love you" while Mother Monster ensured the fan or fans got water and some medical attention backstage. She sent well wishes to the fan, "saying 'I hope you feel better,'" as they were seemingly escorted to a more private location to recuperate.

Once the scary situation was handled, Gaga walked back to the piano to continue her performance of "The Edge of Glory," from her 2011 album Born This Way.

Gaga was also recently honored with seven nominations for the 2026 Grammy Awards, falling just behind Kendrick Lamar's nine nods for the most nominated artists of the night. Check out the full list of nominees, from upcoming Super Bowl Halftime Show performer Bad Bunny to surprise nominee Timothée Chalamet.
