Biography
Before focusing on music, San Francisco-based singer and songwriter Alex Wise spent time as a media executive, both in the U.S. and Japan. Wise also plays guitar in the funk group Shreep, where he continues the second-line tradition of his hometown of New Orleans. His folky, swamp-pop debut, Front Porch, was released in 2003. ~ Wade Kergan
