Biography
Haitian-American rapper Zoey Dollaz was born Elvis Millord in Miami, Florida in 1990. He moved around somewhat in his youth, relocating to Haiti for a time but returning to Miami in the 2010s. Rapping from an early age, his first mixtape was released in 2012 and various online singles followed as his profile grew. In 2015, his single "Blow a Check" broke through in a major way, with its massive radio airplay attracting the attention of a host of labels hungry to sign the young MC.
