J. Cole Reveals 'KOD' Album Coming Friday -- Find Out The Title Meaning

J. Cole surprisingly announced the release of his next project and it's coming sooner than you think. On Friday (April 20), the rapper's fifth studio album called KOD will drop.
That's right, everyone! We're only a few short days away from being blessed with more music from the lyrical genius. The shocking news came right after Cole had a surprise Gramercy Theatre show, where he previewed the music from the upcoming album. One of the select few people who was at the event -- which was announced just a couple of hours before it began -- was Rap Radar's Brian "B. Dot" Miller.
He tweeted a few things about the project. According to him, there are 12 songs on it. Miller also spoke about two specific tracks from KOD that were the best ones on the entire LP. The journalist even revealed the meaning behind KOD. According to Miller, this acronym has three different meanings. Check out Cole's and B. Dot's tweets about the album below.

It looks like Cole will be playing his album all across the world, before it arrives. On Tuesday (April 17) morning, the artist revealed that he's also previewing his new album in London today.
