Love isn't particularly dead between ZAYN and Gigi Hadid after taking a look at some photos of the former couple making out in New York City on Sunday (April 29).

According to a new report from TMZ, the pair was spotted sharing a romantic kiss on the streets of the city. Despite an attempt to appear under the radar, the model's demure look was upstaged by the former One Direction member, who recently shaved his head and inked a massive tattoo on the side of it. The couple reportedly helped spread their share of love by handing a gift card to a homeless guy as they made their way around SoHo. Click here to see the photos!

Just a few weeks back, ZAYN dropped a surprise single titled "Let Me" and the accompanying video featured a woman, who looked more or less like the real-life Hadid. In a recent interview with "On Air with Ryan Seacrest," the singer said that the track was inspired by his relationship with the model. "I was in love, and I think that’s pretty evident," the 25-year-old chart-topper admitted, adding that the song was written "about seven or eight months ago." "I was aspiring to be in love with someone for the rest of my life and the rest of theirs, as we all do. Things change, and we move forward in life," he continued. "Times change, but that’s what I was thinking when I wrote it."

After almost two and a half years, the power couple called it quits in mid-March, with each of them releasing separate statements on the breakup. "Gigi and I had an incredible meaningful, loving and fun relationship and I have a huge amount of respect and adoration for Gigi as a woman and a friend. She has such an incredible soul," the singer wrote in his statement. Meanwhile, Hadid remained equally gracious in her words about Malik. "Breakup statements often seem impersonal because there is really no way to put into words what two people experience together over a few years.. not only in the relationship, but in life in general. I'm forever grateful for the love, time, and life lessons that Z and I shared," she explained. "I want nothing but the best for him."
