Since Nicki Minaj made her triumphant return to the spotlight last month, she's been in a messy feud with fellow New York rapper Cardi B. However, it looks like that disagreement is old news because the two were seen talking at this year's Met Gala.
In a previous interview, Nicki said that Cardi did something that really upset her. “The only thing with Cardi that really, really, really hurt my feelings was the first interview she did after ‘MotorSport’ came out," Minaj started. "With ‘MotorSport,’ I kinda felt ambushed. The first thing that came out of her mouth about a Nicki Minaj feature was ‘she changed the verse’ … When it was time to clear the air about that, no one did that. All of them allowed me to look like I lied.”
After that, Minaj went on social media to publicly speak about what Cardi said about her. "How can you say someone changed their verse & forget to say Quavo TOLD me to remove my singing part (which I loved) & Atlantic told me to remove your name from my verse per your request? So how were those changes gonna happen if I didn’t 'change' my verse?" the Queen Barb tweeted. See that below.

But, at the 2018 Met Gala, the two looked like they were ready to put the past behind them. Cameras caught them sharing a small conversation with one another, as Moschino designer Jeremy Scott watched them engage. They even took a selfie with a fan. See that below.
Hopefully all is well between the two from now on. But, we can't stop thinking about something that Minaj said on the Met Gala red carpet, before she reached inside. While speaking to a reporter, the MC said: “You know what, because I’m the bad guy, and I wanted to make sure that the bad guy was here,” while giving a shady look to the camera. “Album dropping June 15, it’s called Queen."
