Much like the rest of New York City, Justin Bieber attempted to adjust to the scorching heat on Tuesday (August 7) and went for a shirtless stroll as he stepped out into the streets of Tribeca.

Rocking red gym shorts, Calvin Klein boxers, and red checkered Vans, the 24-year-old pop star showed off his intricate chest tattoos as photogs caught the singer walking down the streets with his bodyguard. His appearance arrived the same day that he was spotted crying during his outing with fiancĂ© Hailey Baldwin. However, he wasn't the only one shedding tears in public. Baldwin was also spotted weeping while in a restaurant with the star afterward.

Despite the high emotions on Tuesday, a source recently told ET that Bieber "has never been so happy" with his romantic life. "Justin is in a really good place, and has been telling friends he's never felt more sure about a woman in his life," the source explained to the outlet. "Justin is head over heels in love with Hailey." "Justin and Hailey get along great, are on the same page about their faith and what they both want out of their future together," the source continued. "It took some time for Justin and Hailey to get back together, but the couple knows it was worth the wait."

After rekindling their relationship earlier this year, Bieber popped the question to his on-again, off-again girlfriend in the Bahamas on July 8. Days after TMZ broke the news, the singer confirmed his engagement via Instagram. "Hailey, I am soooo in love with everything about you!" he captioned the image. "So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindLY. I promise to lead our family with honor and integrity letting Jesus through his Holy Spirit guide us in everything we do and every decision we make."
