As a new mom, Kylie Jenner has been on Instagram a lot, sharing her journey as she raises her daughter, Stormi. The reality star continues to post videos and photos, even though it seems trolls have something to say about each one. Already in Stormi's eight months, her 21-year-old mother has been shamed for everything from the baby carrier she uses, to the length of Stormi's fingernails, to not spending every moment with her child.
Things got taken up a notch in a recent video Kylie added to her Instagram story. In the clip, little Stormi can be seen walking with the help of a pink walker. The footage started a debate over the use of the walking aid, with most of Jenner's fans picking a side.
Plenty of commenters expressed concern that Kylie was using the walker for Stormi:
But far more said that there is nothing wrong with what Jenner is doing:
While Kylie is able to parent however she wants, according to Baby Center, the American Academy of Pediatrics doesn't recommend using a walker due to some risks involved with it. Among those dangers are babies potentially running into furniture or falling down stairs. The devices can also cause a delay in babies walking on their own.
