The lineup for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve just keeps getting better and better. After initially announcing the first wave of performers for the event's Hollywood party late last month, Ryan Seacrest announced even more artists playing at the star-studded affair on Monday (December 10), and one of those bands is Weezer.
They'll be joined by fellow alt-rockers Foster The People, as well as The Chainsmokers, country superstars Kelsea Ballerini, Lauren Alaina and Kane Brown (who are slated to perform a duet); pop heavyweights Charlie Puth, Dua Lipa, Halsey, Camila Cabello, and Shawn Mendes; hip-hop hero Macklemore with Skylar Grey, R&B icon Ciara, and rising stars Bazzi and Ella Mai. Post Malone is set to perform the first TV performance of 2019 from Brookyln, New York.
As always, Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy will be hosting the NYC soiree. Ciara has been announced as the Hollywood party host, while Lucy Hale will be emceeing the event in New Orleans.

Weezer announced their 12th studio album (and fifth in their self-titled series), The Black Album, last month, so perhaps they'll treat party goers to some new material? With "Zombie Bastards" and lead single "Can't Know The Hustle" already released, they have plenty of songs to choose from. The Black Album is slated for a March 1, 2019 release.
