After a decade as a twosome, the longtime couple officially tied the knot over the weekend (December 23) at the singer's residence in Nashville, Tennessee. Present for the at-home marriage was the "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart" musician's parents Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus, sisters Brandi and Noah Cyrus as well as the groom's brothers Luke and Chris Hemsworth. Per additional images from the gathering, the bride wore a Vivienne Westwood design whereas the 28-year-old went with a dapper black tuxedo.
As previously reported, the lovebirds planned to marry in Malibu but moved the destination due to unfortunate circumstances. "They had planned to get married in Malibu over the holidays when all of their families were together," an insider told PEOPLE. "After their Malibu house didn’t make the fire, they have been living at Miley’s Tennessee house."
The couple first met in 2008 while filming the movie The Last Song based on the romance novel of the same name written by Nicholas Sparks, who celebrated the duo's commitment on Twitter, writing, "This makes me so happy. Congratulations @MileyCyrus and Liam Hemsworth."
