Billie Eilish has accrued quite the list noteable fans, and one of those is none other than Thom Yorke. Earlier this month, the Radiohead frontman revealed that he recently took his daughter to see the anti-pop star's live show. He expressed that he likes the 17-year-old's music because "she’s doing her own thing. Nobody’s telling her what to do.” But he didn't divulge what exactly he said to Eilish when he met her backstage after the concert. That's where her tour manager Brian Marquis comes in.

During an interview with Rolling Stone, Marquis recalled the interaction, admitting Yorke is “just as you’d expect — curmudgeonly, perturbed.” He then said the singer-songwriter told the rising star “you’re the only one doing anything f**king interesting nowadays,” which coming from one of the most interesting artists in the industry, is a pretty gracious compliment. Or, as Eilish's brother Finneas O'Connell sees it, “the coolest thing anyone’s ever said to" his sister.

Billie Eilish is performing at this year's Daytime Stage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on September 21st alongside a lineup of incredible rising stars. A lineup of superstars are also set to perform on the main stage at T-Mobile Arena throughout the weekend, and fans across the country can tune in and watch an exclusive live stream of the show via The CW App and CWTV.com. Then, on October 2nd and 3rd, relive all of the epic performances from the weekend during a televised special on The CW Network at 8pm ET/PT. And leading up to the official television special, The CW will also air an hour-long Best Of Special on Sunday, September 29th at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
