Simple Creatures have wasted no time giving fans what they want: more new music. Just months after releasing their debut EP Strange Love, Mark Hoppus and Alex Gaskarth dropped a new single called "Special." Now, they're teasing yet another new track, "Thanks, I Hate It," which is slated to drop this Friday (August 30).

The new song is thought to be on the Trash Pop duo's forthcoming sophomore EP. Though they have yet to officially announce a title or release date, Gaskarth recently let the cat out of the bag during an interview earlier this summer, where he divulged that they were planning to drop the project on September 13 (which is a Friday, because they're "spooky like that). They also plan to tour the U.S. this fall, though they haven't announced tour dates yet.

Check out Simple Creatures' "Thanks, I Hate It" teaser post below.
