Earlier this month, Felicity Huffman was sentenced to two weeks behind bars for her involvement in the college admissions scam. The 56-year-old actress pled guilty to on charge of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud after paying $15k to have her daughter's SAT scores altered. During her sentencing, Huffman apologized to Sophia and admitted how much she regretted her actions. "I thought to myself, turn around, and to my eternal shame I didn't," Huffman said, reportedly through tears, about driving Sophia to the SAT testing site. "I have done more damage than I could have ever imagined. I could have said no."

Following the scandal, it was unclear whether Sophia would be allowed to retake the SAT. According to Page Six, College Board has officially cleared Sophia to take the standardized test again. “The College Board — which administers the exam — has determined that there’s no evidence Sophia knew her mother had an SAT exam proctor correct her wrong answers as part of the nationwide college admissions scandal," the report reads.

Despite the scandal, Sophia "still wants to go to college," TMZ reports. Unlike Lori Loughlin's daughter, Olivia Jade, Sophia was completely uninvolved in the scandal and had no idea of her mother's actions. Olivia Jade has also openly expressed her disinterest in school, as opposed to her passion for her Vlogging and beauty influencing career.

Though the Desperate Housewives actress paid to enhance Sophia's math scores, Sophia actually wants to pursue acting while in college. "I honestly didn't and don't are about my daughter going to a prestigious college," Huffman said in the wake of the scandal. "I just wanted to give her a shot at being considered for a program where her acting talent would be the deciding factor."
