Blue Ivy is all about celebrating moms on Mother's Day, but she also wants kids to get their credit too!
On Sunday (May 10), Beyoncé and Jay-Z's 8-year-old daughter made an unexpected cameo in her grandmother Tina Knowles Lawson's Mother's Day video, which also served as a tribute to Kelly Rowland's late mother Doris Rowland Garrison.
"Happy Mother's Day," Kelly said in the clip as she sat beside Tina, who added, "Happy Mother's Day to all of the beautiful mothers out there." Shortly after, a tiny voice from off-camera interjected, saying, "And don't forget all the beautiful daughters out there, which I am one of."
While Blue wasn't shown on camera, her voice has become almost as recognizable as her mothers, which fans took note of as they reacted to Blue's sweet video interruption in the Instagram comments section.
"Blue wants her acknowledgment for making her mom a mom 😂🤣," one wrote. Another added, "Blue in the back letting y’all know the [children] are the reason will always be funny."
Tina captioned the cute clip: "Happy Mother’s day to my Bonus , God’s Gift , my road dawg . Happy Mother’s Day to a phenomenal mom!!! My huge extra blessings !! Me and Doris did that!!! Happy Mothers day Doris RIH Thanks for sharing Kelly with me❤️❤️."
Blue's latest cameo isn't the first time she's stolen the show. Back in March, all eyes were on little Blue during her father-daughter date at the Staples Center to watch the Los Angeles Lakers take on the Los Angeles Clippers.
While at the game, Blue got starstruck when it came time to meet LeBron James. After learning Blue had a special request for him, the basketball legend made his way over to Jay and Blue, who asked her dad to relay her message to LeBron.
"I can't do it," the 50-year-old rapper told his daughter, per a video shared by ESPN. "If you want it, you gotta tell him….You almost got it out. Yeah, just do it."
Blue then nervously asked LeBron for an autographed ball, to which he responded: "You want a ball from me? OK, I got you." He then promised that he'd send it to her "soon."
"You got school on Monday?" he asked. "By the time you get out of school on Monday, you'll have it."
