Taylor Swift's Handmade Gift For Gigi Hadid's Daughter Khai Is So Precious

Taylor Swift just loves spoiling her “niece” with precious gifts!

In recent months, the “Cardigan” singer has become more or less known for sending famous new moms like Katy Perry adorable handmade gifts for their little ones. Her BFF, Gigi Hadid, is obviously no exception, as the supermodel’s baby girl, Khai, has amassed quite the collection of gifts made by Swift’s careful hand.

When Hadid and Zayn’s daughter was born in September 2020, the “Betty” star made their little bundle of joy a pink silk blanket. (See the blankie below.) Since then, Swift has made Khai even more gifts, including a sentimental item inspired by the Grammy winner’s own childhood.

Speaking to Vogue, Hadid revealed that Swift also made Khai a teddy bear sewn from one of her own dresses. “It’s misshapen, and she called it Ugly Bear,” the 25-year-old gushed. “She had one when she was little.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Hadid told the magazine she and Zayn had a home birth, and that the pop star played a special role in helping to deliver the couple’s first child. “It didn’t even click that she was out. I was so exhausted, and I looked up and he’s holding her. It was so cute,” the cover girl recalled of the unforgettable moment.

As fans know, Zayn also played a big role in announcing the birth of their child on September 23, 2020. "Our baby girl is here, healthy & beautiful," he wrote at the time. "To try put into words how i am feeling right now would be an impossible task. The love i feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, & thankful for the life we will have together x.”
