Hayley Williams Gifts Fans War On Drugs Cover For Valentine's Day

It's Valentine's Day — a holiday that can be hard for those who don't have a partner to celebrate. For those who are alone today, Hayley Williams has an important message: "give yourself time and love."
The Paramore singer shared a cover of The War On Drugs' "Pain" on Instagram while wishing her followers happy Valentine's Day.
"this is nearly a year old," she wrote in the caption. "today can be a tough one for folks and so i just wanted to post this memory to say sometimes you gotta give yourself the love you need. i do that from time to time just by playin songs for myself. or putting a record on. or sitting under the sky and breathing. there’s a lot of ways you can do it so i encourage you to find your way. give yourself time and love. happy valentine’s from me. this is 'Pain' by @thewarondrugs"

Last week Williams released her second solo album, FLOWERS for VASES / descansos, which was recorded during lockdown. Williams wrote and played every part herself.
The new collection comes less than a year after she released her beautiful debut, Petals For Armor.
