A Colorado man was arrested after being accused of disrupting a flight from Seattle to Denver.
The man allegedly refused to wear a mask and urinated in the cabin on the Alaska Airlines flight, reports the Associated Press.
The FBI arrested 24-year-old Landon Grier from Canon City after the flight landed on March 9.
Grier is facing federal charges of interfering with a flight crew and attendants which carries a maximum term of 20 years in prison and a potential $250,000 fine, according to AP.
According to the affidavit by FBI Special Agent Martin Daniell III, Grier was trying to sleep and swatted away an attendant when she repeatedly asked him to put on his mask.
Later on, a passenger called over attendants because Grier was urinating in his seat, wrote Daniell in the affidavit.
In their interview, Grier told Daniell he had had several beers and "a couple of shots" before boarding the flight. He then fell asleep and "awoke to being yelled at by the flight attendants who told him he was peeing."
Alaska Airlines released a statement about the incident saying "We will not tolerate any disturbance onboard our aircraft or at any of the airports we serve."
Grier's next court appearance is set for March 26.
