This North Carolina Home For Sale Has A Unique Selling Point

Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you will ever make. You search for and tour house after house in the hopes of finding the perfect fit. Some have popular selling points like a pool or fenced-in backyard, but one home for sale in North Carolina is sweetening the deal with an unusual feature hidden inside.

Zillow Gone Wild, an Instagram account dedicated to highlighting unique and odd homes for sale around the country, featured the Wilmington home on Saturday (August 14). The one-story ranch house may appear normal from the outside, but a scroll through the photos reveals an interesting feature in the kitchen: a dance arcade game.

"This is a great way to pass the time while your lasagna is baking," the caption reads.

The game, which has users divided on whether it is Dance Dance Revolution or Pump It Up, sits against the wall in the otherwise average-looking kitchen. Other selling points of the home include a chalkboard wall, bright teal paint, a fenced in yard and proximity to a playground.

While the house itself is an interesting find, the comments on the post are hilarious.

"When you're an adult and you remember you can buy whatever you want," one user wrote, while another said, "This is the home my Sims live in."

Unfortunately, the listing doesn't say whether the game comes with the house, but it could be something to bring up with your Realtor.
