A viral photo appears to show a pantsless Pittsburgh Steelers fan washing out his pants in the sink of a Heinz Field bathroom during the Steelers' Week 2 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday (September 19).

The photo, shared on Barstool Sports' Pittsburgh affiliate Twitter account, @BarstoolBurgh, shows the unidentified man wearing a Jerome Bettis throwback jersey and socks with a caption "I've never been happier. Dude pooped his pants and is waning them aht [sic] in the sink. Steeler football is back."

The photo was liked 5,701 times, retweeted 466 times and quote-tweeted 111 times as of Monday (September 20) afternoon.

Former NFL punter, media personality and Plum native Pat McAfee addressed the alleged incident on the Pat McAfee Show Monday, acknowledging that the fan appeared to be wearing "golf shorts."

"So that guy does dress up professionally at some point in his life, think a bout that," McAfee said. "And now all of his friends have seen him, barea**, they know it's him, the world doesn't know who that guy is, but their friends know. You are a fugaze, sir."

The incident was a perfect metaphor for Sunday's game as the Steelers lost, 26-17, to fall to 1-1 through their first two games of the 2021 NFL season.
