42 Dugg is looking for the best civil lawyer in Georgia after he claimed the U.S. Marshalls are allegedly trying to ruin his life.

In a now-deleted Instagram post uploaded on Tuesday, May 16, the "We Paid" rapper claims he's living through some insufferable conditions while he's locked up in jail. Dugg said he's being deprived of fresh water and has to use water from his "nasty a** shower" to heat up his food. He also alleged that guards at the jail have informed him that the U.S. Marshalls are purposely trying to keep him there.

"I need the best civil lawyer in Georgia man," Dugg explained. "Im in jail for going to the gun range, dropping dirty and failure to appear. I didn’t steal from nobody, hurt nobody, they handling me crazy. Man im in this b***h heating my food up with the water from the nasty a** shower. They dont even give us hot water to heat our food up aint no microwave, I can’t get no visits from my family nothing. Im sure they gone do some more illegal s**t but what I pose to die in this b***h for probation violation.”

“let me update y’all on what’s really going on,” he continued. “atl us marshalls tryna keep me from going home I supposed to get out oct 14th of last year they illegally held me without reasoning because they felt my federal judge in Detroit shouldn’t of gave me ah bond, I let that slide then after I got sentenced one of tell me he not sending me to ah prison, he gone make me do my time in ah county jail which is ten time worst, then he had the nerve to tell me he knows where I live.”

“I supposed to had court today for ah old case The us marshals then told the jail dont let me on zoom to handle the case so I can’t possibly go to the halfway house," he added. "Bruh these muthaf**kas been sending all kinda guards to talk to me seeing if ima ask for something the crazy thing is they putting me on game, they telling me the marshals tryna ruin your life, they dont want you going home. They haven’t even submitted my paperwork for me to receive my out date and calculate my days."

42 Dugg was recently sentenced to one year behind bars after he pleaded guilty to failing to surrender for his previously scheduled prison time. His original charges stem from a tip submitted to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in November 2019 that alleged he had fired a weapon at a gun range. As a felon, he's barred from coming near any firearms, which is why he was arrested in March 2020. A year later, the rapper's legal team negotiated for probation. However, his probation was revoked and faced six months in prison with two years of supervised release. When he didn't show up to serve his time, Dugg was arrested by federal agents and has been behind bars ever since.
