Luke Combs & Wife Nicole Welcome Baby No. 2

Luke Combs and his wife, Nicole Combs, have welcomed Baby No. 2!

The proud parents revealed their newborn son’s birth date and name in a heartwarming Instagram post on Thursday evening (August 31). Beau Lee Combs made his arrival on August 15.

“Welcome to the world. We couldn’t love you more,” Nicole wrote in the caption of a reel set to Cory Asbury’s “These are the Days.”

Luke and Nicole announced in March that they were expecting their second child, less than one year after firstborn son Tex Lawrence Combs was born. They announced at the time that they were set to join “the 2 under 2 club!” Tex arrived on Father’s Day in June 2022, and his superstar dad said at the time that both parents were “ over the moon in love with this little guy.”

Nicole has since shared a few updates — and stunning maternity photos (plus a hilarious one of Luke) — throughout her pregnancy with Beau Lee, including once when she admitted that she and Luke were “truly having the hardest time” picking a name for their second child, and “boy names have been so hard for us.”d She said at the time: I like one syllable names bc I think they’re powerful, but every name we like (2 lol) — we know someone or someone’s child named that already. I normally don’t care about that, but when it’s a close friend it’s kind of odd lol” Nicole previously explained that for their firstborn, she and Luke selected Tex, Luke’s great uncle’s name, and Lawrence, Nicole’s dad’s name.

The “Forever After All” hitmaker and his wife tied the knot in 2020. The couple recently shared heartfelt tributes to one another as they celebrated their three-year anniversary. Luke, who is currently on his world tour, said at the time that marrying his wife was the “best decision I ever made.”
