AC/DC are gearing up to embark on their first tour in eight years, and shard a photo on Instagram of their current lineup rehearsing in the studio to get fans excited. The legendary rockers are hitting the road with classic members Brian Johnson on vocals and Angus Young on lead guitar, along with rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, drummer Matt Laug, and bassist Chris Chaney.

Stevie is Angus' nephew and joined the band several years ago when Malcolm Young was diagnosed with dementia. He stayed with the band after Malcolm died in 2017. Laug joined the band for their comeback show at last year's Power Trip festival after it was revealed that classic drummer Phil Rudd would not be performing. Chaney is the newest member, who took over for Cliff Williams who played Power Trip but has retired from touring.

This will also be Johnson's first tour with the band since departing in 2016 due to hearing issues. Axl Young took over vocal duties for the rest of that tour, which was also AC/DC's last. The upcoming UK/European comeback tour kicks off May 17 in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. The band's hitting the road in support of their latest album, 2020's Power Up.
