ZAYN is officially going on his first ever solo tour, and he announced it in the most iconic way.

The "Pillow Talk" singer revealed he is going on his first solo headlining tour later this year, bringing his Stairway to the Sky tour to 11 cities around the United States and the United Kingdom starting in October, and he didn't even have to say a word to get fans hyped for the tour, which will also be his first since leaving One Direction in 2015, per People.

ZAYN made a silent appearance on The Tonight Show on Tuesday (September 17), casually popping out from behind the curtain to interrupt host Jimmy Fallon's monologue and give him a note for the host to read to the audience. After waving to the crowd, ZAYN took over Fallon's laptop to play his single "Stardust" from his latest album Room Under the Stairs, which dropped in May, before making a quick exit.

"Hey Jimmy, great to see you, mate," Fallon read from the note. "I'm going on my first-ever tour this autumn. So maybe when you're done picking apples with your buds, you can come check out my Stairway to the Sky tour across the U.S. and UK."

In a follow-up post on Instagram, ZAYN wrote that he appreciated the "patience, love, and support" he has received from fans prior to the tour and that he "can't wait to enjoy great music together."

Here are the dates that have been announced for his upcoming Stairway to the Sky tour:
