New Details Revealed For Event Honoring Lainey Wilson, Luke Combs, Others

The Academy of Country Music announced additional performers taking the stage at the 18th ACM Honors later this month.

Newly-announced performers include Carter Faith, ACM-winning songwriter Ashley GorleyK. Michelle and Tucker Wetmore, the Academy of Country Music announced on Wednesday (August 6). Previously-announced artists in in the lineup include Luke BryanRussell DickersonLittle Big Town’s Karen FairchildAmy GrantAshley McBryde, and Carly Pearce.

Pearce will also return to host the show for her fifth consecutive year, teaming up with co-host Dickerson for the first time. The show will take place at “Nashville’s newest cutting-edge venue,” The Pinnacle. Pearce said in a recent statement that “this night holds a special place in my heart because it shines a light on the songwriters, musicians, and industry voices who make what we do possible.” Dickerson echoed that “this night is all about giving credit to the folks who keep the wheels turning behind the scenes, and I’m proud to be part of it.”

Honorees include Lori Badgett, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Jessie Jo Dillon, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Mac McAnally, Rissi Palmer, Randy Travis, “Twisters,” Ben Vaughn, and Lainey Wilson. Kerri Edwards, Chair of the ACM Special Awards committee, previously said that the honorees have “each have played an essential role in Country Music’s success.”

Additional performers, presenters and event details will be announced at a later date, per the Academy of Country Music. The 18th ACM Honors will take place on Wednesday, August 20.
