Cardi B Addresses Rumor About Her & Stefon Diggs' Newborn Son's Name

Cardi B has denied claims that her and Stefon Diggs' newborn son's name is Liem.

The mother of four dispelled the recent rumor during an Instagram Live session in the early hours of Tuesday, December 9. A fan had asked how Baby Liem was, and Bardi immediately shut down any speculation that "Liem" was her new son's name. The rumor started after Diggs posted child-size knitted sweater with the name "Liem" on it, which led people to believe it was the name of his baby boy.

"That is not his name,” Cardi told the fan. “That's my man's brand, his clothing brand."

"One day I'll tell y'all my son's name," she continued. "It's so cute, I love his name. But no, that's my man's clothing brand's name."

Cardi B and Stefon Diggs welcomed their first child together on November 4. The child was born just a few months after the couple publicly confirmed that they are dating. The announcement came after Cardi B filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Offset.

Although the former couple have went their separate ways, Cardi and Offset have not finalized their divorce yet. The couple shares three children together, Kulture, Wave and Blossom. Their youngest daughter was born just a month after Cardi filed for divorce. It took some time before Bardi officially revealed Blossom's name to the public.

It's not clear when Cardi will reveal her new child's name, but fans are patiently waiting.
