the Western or Eastern Conference. I've seen him probably, I

about Jamal Murray. He has not been shooting well, even
though he's hit two game winners in that series one
he had two really good fourth quarters.

we were, you know, especially when you consider the last
time the Lakers played the Nuggets in the playoffs when
Jamal Murray was a certified serial killer exactly exactly.

been talking about a def travels man. This is going
to be as you see right now and there at
the half and neither team top fifty because defense is
going to be the factor in this series, but the
number one factor for me in this entire series. And

because I would love a seven game series here, but
this could be six and just all really close games.
It's just Michael Porter Junior, Michael Porter Jr. This kid
is coming too his own now. Most people and upset
this before, and I'll make it quick. Most people forget
this kid was the number one overall kid coming out
of high school. Everybody in they Mama wanted them. Dude, Carolina, Kentucky, Kansas,
everybody there wasn't no school that was like, yeah, we'll

be okay if we can't recruit Michael Porter Junior. He
was picked to be the number one overall pick. People
thought he played one year. Missouri paid the price tag
would it paid to get him and got him. He
had the two back surgeries. Young bodies though they repair
very fast and very quickly. You can see he's put
weight on, he's in the gym, those shoulders, those arms.
I had a chance to talk to him personally, face

to face and really just stood there talking to the
man Marvel and like, Wow, this is a big young
kid right here. Man and his jumper, his defense, his rebounded,
he is going the Wolves have to figure out how
to neutralize him, because I don't think you can neutralize Joker.
I don't think you can neutralize Murray. You gotta figure

out what you're gonna do with Michael Porter Junior and
then you got a shot. But if you don't give me,
give me the nuggets and six man.

So for the Lakers series, the Lakers Nugget series, that
was my kind of my takeaway, right cause the thirty
from Jokic, you expect that, Yeah, and it didn't feel
like it though, right, But it's like you kind of
you bake it in. You play Yokich he's gonna have.
This is gonna sound crazy, but you know you bake
it in that he's gonna have thirty points to twelve
to seventeen rebounds, eight to ten, twelve assists, Like you

just bake that in, like you understand that that's what
you're gonna get. It's like when you go to McDonald's,
I want to mc double. You know you're getting the
piece of you know what you're what you're getting. It's
the same across the world, right exactly, it's the same, man,
it tastes a little different. And Slovenia no no, no, no, no,
they got Slovenia in the same so right, so uh
and then Jamal Murray is the same thing.

But the thing that kills you is what Michael Porter
Junior is.

plays for Eric Gordon. So if you can keep him
off the glass, right and keep Michael Porter Junior as

a passer and not a scorer, I think you have
a good shot with this Denver team. But I'm going
with the Timberwolves. Man, I'm taking like them all year.
That doesn't surprise me. You liked them, You liked them

The key now is making sure they got to steal

think the Nuggets have anybody to guard Anthony Edwards.

And I think this is his coming out party. You
let them go get his though. Look at like right now,
they got this stet twenty five points. The rest of
the team it was fifteen. So here's the thing. If

So I think that might actually be strategic. But I'm
with you, there's just nobody. I don't know if there's
anybody in the league that can guard him, not just
the Nuggets Martin, I don't know. I don't think there's
a guard in the league that can guard Anthony Edwards

I think Anthony Edwards at this point is at the
place where you're trying your best to.

picked Minnesota in this series is because I thought, you know,
with the idea that Jamal Murray has not been playing
like you started out, Jamal Murray has not been playing
up to the level that we have expected out of
Jamal Murray up to this point in his career, especially
when you consider.

They shooting horribly exactly.

He's a guy who is you know, people say this
is like, how come he was never an All Star? Well,
when you look at the All stars who make it
in the Western Conference.

Why Jamal Murray wasn't this tough out of guards, prime
time proven playoff performer. He's a four p guy right there,
prime time proven playoff performing pig that five.

that's ours, tell all the other shows leaving on that's Martins.
So now, so he's a four p guy.

You know what I'm saying, But he has not been
evidence by what we saw in the first round objectively
from his performance what we're used.

think that Minnesota's defense is so good that it's gonna

And when you got Minnesota, this is probably the best
team matched up to defend against Jokic with Rudy. You
got the combination of Rudy, Gobert, Carl, Anthony Towns and
nas Reed. You know what I said the other day,
it's fourteen for the man. That's twenty one feet a man.
