An interview with 86-year old Ken Sancier, founder of the Qigong Institute. Ken discusses the reasons for the founding of the Institute, how as a western trained scientist he became interested in the study of Qigong, and the myriad research and proven health benefits of Qigong.

The Qigong Institute is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to Qigong education and research. Qigong is a 5000 year old Chinese health modality for disease prevention and treatment of chronic illness, especially where western medical solutions are lacking. Qigong and its better known moving forms like Tai Chi are increasingly being embraced by people seeking to take control of their own health and well being.
