I think all of this unavoidable transparency is a good thing,
and I really do, which doesn't mean it isn't painful
or rocky or complicated to have your world up ended
by all you didn't know. But the thing is, it's

the truth. And if there's anything I've learned in the
last few years from my guests and from my own story,
it's that the truth is liberating. It really does set
