People Spooning

I’m Tristan, a man usually paid to be mean. I became an actor because it was a safe way to express vulnerability behind the smokescreen of a character. The more I embraced it on-screen, the more I began to do the same in real life, allowing me to finally connect to people in a deeper way. Community is the most important thing to me because of how easy it is for me to neglect it. This podcast is a way for me to break that pattern and become more invested in the wisdom and value of others instead of my own busy mind.
