Next, I delve into a monumental concurrence from Justices Gorsuch, Thomas, and Alito on how lower courts do not have the authority to issue universal injunctions. Unless state governors begin adopting this position, everything we seek to accomplish in the red states will be “vetoed” by the forum-shopped liberal judges. Also, I make the case for why I believe Trump is unlikely to win, but even if he does win, his presidency will be neutralized unless we end the practice of universal injunctions.
