Today Nick has an in-studio guest, a man he admires and looks up to, Basilio Castillo.  Together they talk about how Basilio’s father immigrated to the US from Guatemala when he was 18 and started his own company.  Basilio has immense gratitude for his father’s sacrifices and has worked hard to make his father proud.  As a mortgage banker, Basilio talks about the highs and lows of his industry.  Working his way through the ranks, Basilio has always been a leader.  As a top producer, a sales coach, and a sales manager, Basilio loves teaching others and says he levels up by leveling others up.  Basilio shares how Nick opened his eyes to investing more in his personal life, which in turn leveled up his business.  Now he’s a firm believer in the Core4 and applies the principles to his life daily to be the best version of himself.
