As I hope you know, I’m hosting a free masterclass on Overcoming Overwhelm during the first week of April. I've been preparing for it the past few weeks, which is probably why an interaction with my kids stood out to me a few days ago when I was feeling super overwhelmed and had a lot to do around the house.
