Greetings tribe. It's me Brittany of Trapioga Bay, and I
am here to welcome you into this guided meditation for
building more self confidence and showing up as your authentic self.
I've got my girls with me, or really I'm with
y'all because this is for good. Mom's bad choices, but

(00:22):
today we made a good choice to meditate, so let's
get with it. Last year, do you guys remember the
mudras that I taught you the hand stuff? Yeah, this
is the one for confidence. So we're gonna put our
hands here and let's begin. I want you all to
take a few moments and close your eyes. Get comfortable.

(00:46):
Begin by taking a few deep breaths. Fill your stomach,
expand with each inhalation, and gently contract as you breathe out.
There's no space specific breathing style that I want for
you to follow right now. However you've been breathing has

gotten you this far in life, and I want you
to trust that you intuitively know what's right for you
in this moment. As you breathe in and out, I
want you to notice any tension you fell in your body.
I want you to allow it to gradually dissipate. Let

(01:31):
some shit go with every breath. That's good, that's right.
Notice how the physical relaxation creates a space of mental
stillness for you. Connect to that stillness, feel the grace

of simply being alive. I want you to allow yourself
to come into this present moment while letting go of
any expectations or judgments that you might have on yourself,
keeping your eyes closed and never forgetting to breathe. I

want you to begin to visualize yourself walking into a
room and in that room there's a group of people.
Make sure you feel your feet on the ground as
you stride confidently in that room. Visualize yourself welcoming everyone

and letting your unique presence be felt. Your enthusiasm for
being alive is infectious. People feel at ease in your presence. Now,

imagine that the people around you are fully supportive and
whatever it is that you do. I want you to imagine,
as you're moving through this room and through life, that
you are assertive and bold in all of the shit
that you do. I want you to notice what it

(03:27):
may feel like in your body when you are comfortable
expressing your authentic self, feeling no obligation to please anyone.
To do anything for anyone, because who you are, as
you are in this moment is awesome. That's good, that's you.

(03:57):
As you begin to come back to your natural state
confidence and authenticity, I want you to allow yourself to
pause and sit in the freedom you feel about just
being you. As you think of yourself as being more confident,

(04:19):
you may notice some feelings come up, like judgment or insecurities.
Every deep breath you take, imagine that you are replacing
those feelings with an unfuquidable sense of peace and inner power.

(04:42):
Imagine that this is true about you, that you are bold, confident, peaceful,
honest about who you are and what the fuck you want.
You accept and love yourself. Notice that it is so

(05:02):
much easier to be with yourself when the people around
you genuinely accept you and love you unconditionally. Now open

(05:26):
your eyes. I want you to take a few moments
to integrate this experience into your reality throughout the day.
If you start to feel uncertain or find yourself people
pleasing or abandoning your truth so that you can be

(05:50):
more acceptable to other people around you, remember that all
you need to do is take a few deep breaths
and bring yourself back into this present moment and let
your authentic self flow freely. Thank y'all for participating in
