They discuss Art's experience within the cowpunk scene in LA, how he started his record label, and when he took out an ad in The Rocket at 30 years old to start a new band, which then resulted in the forming of Everclear in Portland. They discuss pivotal moments in his career like the band's signing to Capitol and the meaning behind some of their biggest hits like "Father of Mine."
