Philippians for thirteen. Dear God, thank you for your support

(00:24):
and protection. Thank you for your forgiveness and love. Your
mercies allow me to experience joy and peace as this

(00:47):
day wine's down. Please clear my mind, help me to
reflect on my blessings and all I have to be
thankful for. Please help me to be as forgiving as

(01:12):
you are, so that I may strengthen my character with
each new day. Help me to be as gentle as
you are so that I may continue to grow as

(01:34):
a compassionate human being. Guide me with your wisdom so
that I can sleep peacefully and wake refreshed tomorrow in
Jesus name. Amen. Thank you for listening to pray dot

out of your spiritual journey, use pray dot com every
day and make prayer a priority in your life. Our
goal for today's meditative prayer is fighting anxiety. Hit pause

(02:46):
for a second, find a safe and secluded spot where
you can comfortably settle down. Close your eyes. Breathe in. Now,
breathe out as you exhale. Imagine the tension leaving your

(03:11):
body along with that breath. Now take every thought captive
and bring your focus to the Word of God. We
will be meditating on Psalm chapter ninety four, verse nineteen
from the King James version. When I am filled with cares,

(03:34):
your comfort brings me joy. Take a moment to pour
out your adoration to God for his blessings. Jesus, I
praise you. You are greater than any anxiety. Your comfort
brings me joy in times of fear. I adore you

(03:59):
for Ye, who are the mighty and powerful God. Your
vast power stretches across the heavens and abides in my heart.
I worship you for providing me with joy. Everlasting life
isn't always a picnic. Unfortunately, your efforts won't always produce

(04:24):
your desired outcome. Hardships, unexpected laws, and persistent problems will
wear you down. Sadness will attempt to become your constant companion.
You must not accept this. You must not give in
finding comfort in God while nervous and agitated is a

(04:48):
difficult task, but you must rise to the occasion. Although
anxiety is a tough opponent, it is not invincible. Stop
for a second and allow God to speak to your heart.
Confess to Jesus the times you gave up the fight,

(05:10):
those times where the unease was too much and the
tension was too great. Hand those failures over to Jesus.
Cast your cares upon him. Take just a few minutes
to dwell on God's comfort in your life. Thank Him

(05:33):
because his comfort brings you joy. Thank the Holy Spirit
for helping and enabling you to win this fight. Think
of past victories his joy has brought you. Thank God
for watching over you in the past, and for continuing
to do so for evermore. Thank God that in his

(05:58):
grace you will no longer be ruled by apprehension or restlessness. Instead,
you will overflow with jubilation. You will rejoice in the
gratification of His word. Thank God, because in His love
and through His strength, you can do all things. God

(06:24):
is present and he is listening to you. The Bible says,
ask and it shall be given unto you. So ask
the Holy Spirit to give you his consolation to help
you stay in the fight until the final round. Ask
Him to be your solace and support in times of need.

(06:48):
Even when life becomes impossible to beat and victory seems improbable,
you can still experience joy. As challenging as this may seem,
God has provided away. Remember God promised you joy through
comfort in times of distress. It doesn't matter how high

(07:12):
in the hill you are climbing may be. God will
guide and support you every step of the way. You
must be vigilant and not allow daily distractions or problems
to steal your joy. Instead, seek God's reassurance in his

(07:32):
word and watch your life transform. God wants to fill
your heart with glee and your life with great happiness.
Trust in Him to day. Thank you for completing to

a p alady and strengthening your walk with God.
