Our goal for today's meditative prayer is fighting anxiety. Take
a second to slow down, Sit on your favorite chair,
on your bed, or where you feel most comfortable. Grab
a warm blanket or a soft pillow to hug if
you'd like. Once you are able to relax, turn your

thoughts towards what God has for you. To day, we
will be meditating on Matthew chapter six, verse thirty four
from the King James version. Take therefore no thought for
the morrow, for the morrow shall take thought for the

things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
Take a moment to pour out your adoration to God. God.
I worship you, for you are power. I exalt you,

for you live outside the continuum of time. By your

most High, Your power is infinite, unsearchable, and unmeasurable. You
alone are worthy to be praised. Life is to be
lived one day at a time. This mentality can be

challenging for many reasons. Overwhelmed by daily problems and pressing matters,
Some become catatonic and consumed with worry. Others become obsessed
over control and with guessing what comes next. Reigning in

the Holy Spirit to survive. Take a moment to reflect
on your current behavior. Examine the areas keeping you from
applying this mindset to your life. Confess them to God.

(05:41):
Place your anxieties in his hand. Now consider for a
moment God's mercies in your life and thank Him for it.
God's love for you has never and will never fail.
His mercies over you. Renew every morning, Thank God that

you are not bound to anxiety. You are free to
live in the moment of each day. Thank God for
past situations where He alleviated your concerns for the future.
Thank God, because He is good he will always be good.

Thank God for his mercies will allow and enable you
to live each day as it comes. God is present
and he is listening. To you. Never forget. God wants
you not just to exist, but to live, to enjoy

life and to its full potential. The Bible warns that
worry is futile because each day will hold its own
child leunges. Reach out to God for his peace. Ask
the Holy Spirit to help you walk your journey one
step at a time. Ask him to help you leave

about tomorrow, because tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day
has enough trouble of its own. By living life day
