(00:31):
to reflect on today so that I may learn to
be a reflection of You in my thoughts, actions, and
words to each person in my life. Help me to

(00:57):
accept others for their unique gifts and talents and encourage
them to walk along the path that you have said
for their life. Help me to speak gently to those

(01:20):
around me, and help me to teach them that your
love is unwavering and unconditional. Continue to embrace my family
and friends with your light and grant us with a

(02:54):
take a deep breath in and breathe out. Now, take
captive every thought and shift your attention to the word
of God. We will be meditating on Psalm chapter verse

(03:18):
two from the King James version. It is vain for
you to rise up early, to sit up late, to
eat the bread of sorrows, For so he giveth his
beloved sleep. Take a moment to pour out your adoration

(03:42):
to God. I will bless the Lord at all times.
His praise will always be in my mouth. My soul
will make its boast in the Lord. The humble will hear,
and people ad Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and

(04:05):
let us exalt his name together. Restlessness is pointless. No
good comes from being anxious, from starting work early and
staying late. It is futile to lose sleep worrying over

(04:26):
the outcome of your efforts, because you cannot guarantee your
own success. You must trust in God, for it is
he who blesses you. It is he who gives you
prosperity and rest. For your body to function at full capacity,

(04:50):
it requires great sleep quality. Rest refreshes and rejuvenates your body, spirit,
and soul. It affects your day and its outcome. Do
not forget sound. Sleep is a gift from God. While

(05:15):
you rest, God pours out his grace and gifts upon
your life. Perhaps your slumber has been impeded by fretful thoughts.
Present yourself before God in this moment. Tell him what
is robbing you of sleep. Confess your troubles and distress

(05:38):
to God because He cares for you. Now take just
a few minutes to dwell on the gifts of God
for your life. Thank Him because his rest is restorative.

(05:59):
Thank God because his grace is given to you even
in sleep. His word promises to bless the works of
your hands. Thank the Holy Spirit for ministering God's peace
to your heart and mind, for comforting you in times

(06:22):
of worry and anxiety. Thank Him because His plans for
you are good and better than you could imagine. God
is present and he is listening to you. Wasting your

(06:44):
effort on what you cannot control will do you no good.
Choose instead to seek God and ask him to pour
his favor upon your life. Ask the Holy Spirit it
to give you strength to overcome your daily obstacles. To

(07:05):
guide your steps into goodness and not evil. Ask the
Holy Spirit to bless the tasks you set your hands
to and to give you grace before others. God delights
in your success. He wants to see you happy and healthy. Remember,

(07:33):
worry and loss of sleep over your efforts will not
ensure your success. Neither will you achieve anything by killing
yourself with work. God's blessing is necessary for your endeavors
to prosper, and God freely offers that blessing to those

(07:56):
who trust him. So let go of the anxiety in
your heart, your mind, and your thoughts. Trust in the
truth of God's word, that He has the best for you,

(08:17):
that He is working things out in your favor. Lean
on Him for support, and sleep soundly in the knowledge
God is watching over you. Thank you for completing today's

(08:37):
meditative prayer on pray dot com. By incorporating this healthy
habit as a daily practice, you are making prayer a
priority and strengthening your walk with Gods. SA
