only God can guarantee peace. Open your heart to the
Holy Spirit, tell him of your circumstances and confess your

sins to him. Take a moment to dwell on the
peace of God in your life and thank him for it. Father,
I thank you for your word is true and dependable.

You provide calm and tranquility in times of restlessness and agitation. God,
I thank you for relieving my troubled mind and reassuring
my heavy heart. Now thank back to all the times

God has manifested his harmony in your life. Think how
wonderful it was to be cared for by God. To
know His presence soothes and satiates the soul. Thank God,
for sustaining you in the past, and know he will

do so in the future. God is present and he
is listening to you. Reach out to Him through the
power of scripture. By thinking of and acting on God's word,
you draw his presence, and his presence manifests peacefulness. Stand

attract and foster tranquility in your life. Ask him to
fill your heart with heavenly desires, your thoughts with godly wisdom,

spend time with God before bed. Make time for Jesus,
