Speaker 1 (00:01):
He's got some bread show is on how this morning show.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
We're talking a lot of less complays about internet usage
and the fact that a few people on this show
have an actual addiction, an actual problem. Kiki is not
even able to put down the phone in the TikTok
to get in the shower.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
We learned yesterday.

Speaker 3 (00:25):
You know, I thought this was a safe space, but.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Yeah, you thought extremely wrong, and you are being judged.
I just want to make it you're not feeling like it.
It is happening. I just want you to know. And
now I learned this morning that Jason Brown has a
new internet fascination.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
Yes, it's bad, it's I think there. Yeah, it's bad.

Speaker 4 (00:50):
So, like I started watching like muck Bangs because one
of my favorite comedians does eating videos on YouTube, and
so eat it. Are they try new food or they
try like they just eat like they eat a meal?

Speaker 1 (01:04):
Are they trying food?

Speaker 5 (01:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:05):
Yeah, yeah, what's it called muck bangs?

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Yeah that's it. That's just the word for I'm eating.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
Yeah, tool that's video is called the muck bank.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
Yeah, yeah, sounds like something.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
I thought this was a universally known thing.

Speaker 4 (01:20):
But obviously I'm just I'm just doing up at this
point against.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
I've never seen the mutt lang before. I don't want to.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
But now any time I'm eating alone, so like if
I'm here or I'm at home, I have to turn
on an eating video to like eat with me. So
now like or else I feel like I'm like alone,
Like it's like habit now. So like if I'm at
home and I go home and I eat, make lunch
or whatever, I sit down and I like turn an

(01:53):
eating video on on my phone or on my computer
and like eat.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
With the person. This woman on TikTok, this is so weird.
Mama to hot. Yeah, she like calls you in and
sits down and we eat lunch.

Speaker 5 (02:06):
She's like sit down baby, and she's she's a safe
and she's like, sit down, baby, let's have our lunch
together and talk a little bit.

Speaker 4 (02:13):
I'm like, yes, I'm hooked, Like I'm in it. I
will watch anyone eat anything like while I'm eating, really yes,
and so what are they eating? Typically? So like I
watch the ones where people try new items at like
fast food restaurants, So like if Taco Bell has a
new menu item, then like someone will try that. So

(02:35):
like I want to see what that looks like or
if they like it or whatever.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
It's usually people eating in their cars.

Speaker 4 (02:40):
Yeah, straight out the drive through and you watch them.
They go, they order, they like, get their food, they
pay for it, they find a good spot so the
lighting is right, and then they eat it and they
review it.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
And it's just like I.

Speaker 4 (02:52):
Feel like I'm eating with someone, but now I'm like
dependent on it.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
See see how it happens.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
So why don't you do it? Why don't you do
if you're eating by your off, why don't you just started?
Should make my own videos.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
I would watch the hell out of that.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
You think, yes, people, some people are enjoying you. Still
you're talking to people. Yeah, wow, that's a good idea.

Speaker 2 (03:14):
You Are you as satisfied, like while you're eating this,
are you as satisfied watching them eat it as you
would be if you were eating it yourself?

Speaker 4 (03:22):
Yeah, Like it doesn't make me feel like I gotta
go buy that now. I think it's more like just sad.
But I think it's like companionship.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
And it makes me sad.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
Somebody knows what is wrong with the life of an
only child?

Speaker 1 (03:39):
Entertain myself the story of my entire life. My parents
just they go entertain yourself.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
Yeah, I'm going.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
To give you the number to my therapist and you
can give her she can help you.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
Yeah. I don't know.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
I don't think that would satisfy me as much as
watching somebody else eat something that was good.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
I will say that.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
I I do watch the Food Network while I'm eating,
but I don't enjoy the Food Network as much when
I'm full. I will say that, Like if I'm just
like flipping through the channels, I don't stop on Beat
Bobby Flay, you know, just for the hell of it.
Like if I'm eating a meal already and there's food
in front of me, then I'll hook it up, you know,

(04:21):
a little Food Network kind of thing whatever. But otherwise
other people cooking would just make me hungry or make
me wish I had food, so I don't watch it.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
I just don't know if I would be as satisfied
watching anybody else do anything. But then again, I guess
I do. Like I watch the guys who rate airlines
and fast or in like first class. Do you ever
see those guys. There's a couple of guys on the
internet and they just fly all the airlines and they
sit in the most fancy first class and they review,
you know, like there's some of the airlines that have
that you can get like a room on the plane

(04:51):
and you get like a shower, you get a five
minute shower on the plane, and it's like twenty thousand
dollars a seed or whatever. And I don't know how
these guys can f but they go on there and
they serve them caviare and don pairing on stuff. And
I do watch that, but then again, I'll never be
able to do that. So that's why I watch it
because like I'll never see it otherwise. But watching somebody
eat tackle bell new menu item, I'm like, I can

(05:12):
wind down the stream and get down myself, I know.

Speaker 4 (05:14):
But if it's like crappy, then you know, if it's
an item that you're like, oh wait, I don't want that,
Like it almost saves you from ordering something that may
disappoint you, you know.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
Yeah, yeah, that's true. I guess.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
So wow, no idea about I can't eat alone. Yeah,
but yeah, we've uncovered a deeper psychological issue that you
you feel the need to have fake companionship, virtual companionship.

Speaker 4 (05:36):
Right, But then like when Mike and I go on
to eat, we like don't speak, like we eat in silence.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
But then when like I have.

Speaker 4 (05:45):
To eat by myself, I need like interaction.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
It's so weird.

Speaker 1 (05:49):
It's so weird. I have a lot of issue. Damn
pee over there.

Speaker 4 (05:55):
Well yeah, there's usually too many servers coming over with
tequila shops.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
And then and then like I meant the table there and.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
I'm like, hey, yeah, I think it's more weird, weirder
or whatever that you and and mechanic Mike sit there
eating and you still watched videos on TikTok of other people.
That's the part that's like, I feel alone even when
I'm with you.

Speaker 1 (06:19):
It's the press show. This is what's trending.

Speaker 2 (06:22):
All right, guys, each time for Jason's Sports Report, the
VP of sports reporting for you, the president. You don't
have the VP, there would be nobody. There would be
nobody above.

Speaker 1 (06:32):
You would be above me, nobody, no one can beat
this knowledge.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
Nobody would be above it unless you want to have
above you.

Speaker 4 (06:38):
Oh yeah, this is my choice. Yeah, a couple of
people I like above. Yeah, okay, all right, well let's
gitch you up.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
We know you're above, might switch it up, okay, Okay.

Speaker 2 (06:50):
So president maybe sometimes VP of Sports Reporting Jason Brown. Wow,
in the NFL, we are I know you're fired up
about it. Let's start with the Bears. Bears, Chiefs, I'm reason,

(07:12):
you're Patrick's Patrick's Mahomes.

Speaker 4 (07:14):
You're Patrick Mahomes Holmes. Yes, I love him, He's so cute.
Oh this is really hard.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
Is it really okay? I don't want to do my
boy justin like that.

Speaker 4 (07:24):
My heart, my little gay heart breaks every time I
see how sad they are on the sidelines at the
end of the Bears game. Every single player is sad.
It makes me sing is sad, it makes me hear.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
I gotta go. I gotta go with the Chiefs.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
Well, because you have integrity, I mean, you have a
reputation to uphold. You can't let your personal biass not pleasure.

Speaker 4 (07:48):
Okay, Broncos, Dolphins, Broncos and the Dolphins. The Broncos of
the Broncos of Boston, the Dolphins of Delaware and Theronco's
definitely beat the Dolphins. Okay, all right, Patriots yet oh Jets, Okay,
god wait, but that's Aaron Rodgerson.

Speaker 1 (08:08):
Oh god, I know.

Speaker 4 (08:10):
But they still picked him, so they still like have
that mentality for Aaron Rodgers mentality.

Speaker 1 (08:17):
Okay, that's so bad. I guess the Jets. Oh I
just I skipped that one. I don'ty.

Speaker 4 (08:23):
Yeah, Texans, Jaguars, the Texans.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
Okay, Titans, Browns, Browns, Falcons, Lions, Lions.

Speaker 4 (08:34):
You have to Saints Packers to come on. Yes, Saints,
Bill's commanders. I still don't know what the commanders are.
So we're gonna go with the Bills, Chargers and the Vikings, Oh,
Minnesota Vikings. There you go anywhere because of that, Colt Ravens, Ravens, Panthers, Seahawks, Panthers, Cowboys, Cardinals.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
Carolina stand up kind of a no brained Cardinals of.

Speaker 4 (09:00):
Hurdles of Arizona, exactly right, and the Cowboys of Dallas
my team.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
No, it's not. It is absolutely not Scott. I want
know he could be.

Speaker 2 (09:15):
There's only one guy in my life away able to
get away with that, and he grew up in Texas
and that's my brother in law. Otherwise, no, and he's
not obnoxious. No, So which one?

Speaker 4 (09:24):
The Texas the Cowboy I'm going to be Steelers, Raiders, Raiders.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
And then Monday night we've got Eagles, Bucks, Eagles, and
Rams Bengals Rams all the way, baby, the Rams of.

Speaker 4 (09:43):
The Rams of this Rams, you know, the Denver Rams. Sure, okay,
all right, well there you okay. And then the can't
lose par Sleigh boy, Okay, thought Patrick Mahomes can be
fine as out.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
That's the first. So that's confirm for you. That's confirmed.

Speaker 6 (10:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (10:02):
Yeah, Travis Kelsey will score a touchdown and they will
make a Taylor Swift pundon.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
Okay, can lose Parsley. Yeah, and then Cairo Santos will
kick five times. I actually would kick five total times. Yes,
I would bet.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
I would actually bet on this if this were available
to me, I would I would actually put money on this.

Speaker 4 (10:21):
Oh yeah, that's brilliant. Thank you, all right, I am brilliant,
all right, Jason.

Speaker 2 (10:25):
Ladies and gentlemen, our president or VP, depending on his
mood of a sports.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
Very nice job, thank you.

Speaker 2 (10:32):
It turns out that the quietest room in the Quines,
the quietest place, the quietest place on Earth, is located
at Microsoft's headquarters in Washington. The Guinness World Records, the
Book of World Records said this is the quietest place
on Earth. It's known as an I don't even know
an echoic chamber at the company's headquarters. They use it

(10:55):
for ultra sensitive tests. I guess literally, it is the
the most silent place ever with no echo anything. They're
saying that there are only a few people who have
been able to withstand being in that room for a
long period of time, at most an hour, So no
one can stay in the quietest room for.

Speaker 1 (11:14):
Longer than an hour? Do you think you could do it? Apparently?

Speaker 2 (11:18):
The reason is let me get into more why this
is a problem, Because at first I was like, quietest
room in the world.

Speaker 1 (11:23):
I'll take it. Where is it right, let's go, I'll
move in. You'd be fine, I love him.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
But apparently after a few minutes you'll hear your own heartbeat,
and then a few minutes after that, you can hear
your own bones grinding. You can hear your own blood flowing.
Now I make that would that would lead? I mean
my anxiety would start to go a little if I
can hear my blood in my body. Uh like that

(11:48):
even creeps me out right now, I'm just thinking about him.
Only in death is the body completely silent apparently, but yeah,
you can hear everything with no sound coming from the
outside world. The total and utter silence will gradually turn
into an unbearable ringing in your ears. Apparently, so no
one can stay in the quietest room in the world
for longer than an hour.

Speaker 1 (12:08):
Would you may maybe like talking to yourself or something. Maybe,
I don't know, not like to try it. I'll be
sleeping by then. Then I fall asleep anywhere. Do you
think you'd fall asleep? Though? If you could hear your.

Speaker 2 (12:18):
Own blood going through your body, I'd be sep Yeah,
he would, Yeah, for sure.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (12:23):
I'd like to try it.

Speaker 7 (12:24):
I feel like my blow would be pumping like extra heart,
so to be like a little expressways say.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
To me, it could be so, and you want to
hear that?

Speaker 3 (12:32):
Yes, I want to know what it sounds like in there.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
It's made up of six layers of concrete and steel,
completely disconnected from the surrounding building, and a ray of vibration.
Dumping springs are situated below inside fiberglass wedges or mounted
on the floor, ceiling and walls to break up sound
waves before they have a chance to bounce back into
the room.

Speaker 5 (12:51):
I mean, I live alone, and I don't even have
five minutes of quiet. Ever, there's never quiet at my house.
I can't do it, Like do you have always have
music on or music podcast of TikTok live the TV?
There's always some sort of sound going and I wonder
if that's an issue, like does that say something bad
about me?

Speaker 1 (13:11):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (13:11):
But even in a city, even if you didn't have
any of that stuff going on, you're far from completely silent.
I mean, there would always be some kind of background
noise going on. So I feel like, you know, we
don't really know what it's like to have complete and
total silence.

Speaker 1 (13:23):
Even in this room, you can hear the air conditioning
and sure, and I don't like that.

Speaker 5 (13:27):
So I know I wouldn't like this scary room.

Speaker 6 (13:30):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (13:30):
I don't like to hear my own thoughts. Send me. Yeah,
I didn't your phone?

Speaker 3 (13:36):
Oh well put it on silent.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
No, No, you wouldn't be able to take selfies anything.

Speaker 7 (13:41):
Oh I gotta take the selfie in the quiet's room.
How y'all gonn to know I was there.

Speaker 8 (13:48):
Long?

Speaker 2 (13:48):
You'll be on her phone and if I defeats the
whole purpose she's on there doing lives it's hey, you wait, man,
it's too.

Speaker 1 (13:56):
Loud to hear. That's not how it works. Caitlyn's entertainer report.
He's on the fread show.

Speaker 5 (14:03):
Kithn Jenner wasn't trying to fire shots at Kim Kardashian
when she said that Kim was calculated and always had
been with her move to fame. And I think like
no one was surprised. I mean, I think that's pretty open.
Kim has always said I wanted to be famous, I
wanted to be in the magazines.

Speaker 3 (14:19):
Like she was thirsty. Let's just call a spadas beatia.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
But when Kaitlyn said.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
It, people thought, you know that they that Caitlyn was
coming for her. And it's really that her comments in
the promo were really just a big, bigger part of
a smaller part of a bigger conversation. So here's the deal.

Speaker 5 (14:35):
Caitlyn's featured in the trailer for that upcoming docuseries House
of Kardashian, which it's a British show. I can't even
speak today. I don't know if we can even watch it.
I'm looking, but it dives deep into the family's rise
to fame, and in the first look, which came out
last week, Caitlyn says that the quote was kimberly calculated,

(14:55):
from the beginning, how do I become famous? And while
it seems like a dig I'm hearing that the calculated
word wasn't the best choice. But it's already been related
to Kim that she didn't mean it as a diss
and it's part of a bigger conversation. You know how
with trailers they try to make things look more salacious
than they actually are. And they have spoken, they're on
good terms. Kim understands a bad edit when she sees one,

(15:17):
and for the first time.

Speaker 1 (15:18):
I mean, this is a series that the Kardashians don't.

Speaker 5 (15:20):
Have control over the editing, so it may not go
their way. But she didn't mean it that way. And
I honestly thought she was just stating a fact, because
that is very true. You know, she wanted to be famous.
That's just a fact.

Speaker 3 (15:33):
The CEO of Adidas, this is interesting.

Speaker 5 (15:36):
I don't know how to say. Beyond Golden, I don't
know that's his name, b j O R N Beyorn.
He spoke about Kanye West, saying the rapper and producer
is not a bad person. So I don't know why
he felt the need to say this. But remember Adidas
cut their ties with him after he made very very
antisemitic remarks. So this dude, this Adida's dude, was on

(15:57):
a podcast and he said, when you work with third parties,
that can happen.

Speaker 3 (16:00):
It's part of the game.

Speaker 5 (16:01):
That can happen with an athlete and entertainer, It's part
of the business. I think Kanye is one of the
most creative people in the world, which is true both
in music and I would call street culture. He's extremely creative.
But then he was like asked specifically about those comments,
and he said, I don't think he meant what he said,
and I don't think he's a bad person.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
It just came across that way.

Speaker 5 (16:21):
That's kind of what I have an issue with because
he repeatedly said it, and you know, doubled down. So
I don't even know why you would cut ties with
someone if you don't I don't know.

Speaker 3 (16:31):
It was like, it was a very interesting thing to say.

Speaker 8 (16:34):
I feel like he's just trying to say face because
I know they've lost it. They've lost a ton of money. Yeah,
of course, and like I don't know any other Adidas besides.

Speaker 1 (16:43):
Me honestly trying to help the business.

Speaker 3 (16:47):
It's also not a good look for a German to
be like talking about anti semin Semitism in a way
that's like not, you know, fully against it. I don't know.

Speaker 5 (16:57):
I just feel like I don't know why he touched that,
but he did. And I mean, I don't know that
Kanye is a bad person either. I just think he
definitely met it at the time, whatever the hell he
was saying. Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon, and Stephen Colbert have
canceled a live event as Jimmy has tested positive for COVID.
We are seeing this everywhere. I mean, everyone is getting
sick right now. But Jimmy rote, well, Las Vegas, I

(17:18):
got COVID and sadly, we need to cancel this weekend
Strike Force three show. I could never live with myself
if I got my hometown friends sick. Thanks to all
who purchase tickets, everyone will get full refunds. We're going
to try to reschedule if possible. And Strike Force three
is what they were calling that podcast that they were
doing for the Writer's Strike, and they were also apparently
going to do a live event in Vegas this weekend.

(17:40):
But Fred could have gone and now he's going to
have to skip it because he could have done his
impression of Jimmy Fallon for Jimmy, which we need to click,
so that would have been iconic. More to check out
online at fredshiradio dot com.

Speaker 2 (17:53):
Calyn, you and I are the same in some ways
A lot of ways. I'm like this too. My therapist
was asking me, like, well, why you find yourself like
why don't you go on more dates? Like well, because
then I go through the whole thing. I'm like, well,
Sunday through Thursday, I have to be in my house
at like seven ish because if I'm not, then the

(18:15):
winding down process doesn't start. And like if I'm out,
and most people they don't. They can't if they have
like a normal job, they can't go out until six
thirty seven anyway, So now I'm out till now. The
dinner or whatever is going till nine, and then if
there's some you know, extracurricular activities going on, then we're
you know, at least nine fifteen at nine twenty two,

(18:37):
you know what I'm saying something like that, And then
I got to wind down and go to sleep, and
then we have to wake up at four something and
then go do so I don't know and then I
pay for it the next day it's not worth it.
So then then there's Friday. Well, Friday is kind of
like I don't know what I'm going to feel like
on Friday, you know. And then so Saturday would be
the day for a date. Really, but then if I
say to someone like on Monday, Saturday, let's go on

(19:01):
a date, Well, now I got to do that all week.
I got I'm committed and I don't have a commitment
problem with people. But what if Saturday comes along, that's
seven six days away, it's five days away. What if
I don't want to do it? What if I no
longer want to do the thing? And you were talking
about your Instagram lives that you do, Kaylin, and you're like, welly,
I don't tease them, because what if the day comes

(19:21):
and I don't feel like you know, what if I
don't want to do it, I've committed to it. Yeah, yeah,
it gives me anxiety to put something way out there
that's elective, because dating is elective. It's not like I'm
putting out there going to see my sister or something,
you know, Like that's different.

Speaker 1 (19:35):
But what if.

Speaker 2 (19:35):
Saturday comes along and I'm like you know, I don't
really have the words. I don't have the words for
this social outing.

Speaker 9 (19:41):
Because you're a whole different person on Monday versus Saturday,
Like my whole personality changes byday.

Speaker 2 (19:46):
I agree when I think it is a good idea
on Monday may not be a good idea by Saturday exactly.
So then I kind of like to say, like, what
are you doing tonight? But that doesn't go over very well.
People are offended by that. It's like, what do you
mean what am I doing tonight? You think I wouldn't
have any plans. I'm like, I don't look at it
that way, right, you know, I just I'm just curious
what you like, what are you doing tomorrow?

Speaker 1 (20:05):
You think i'd be available tomorrow? It's like, real, are you?

Speaker 2 (20:09):
And then there are some people who believe in this
whole concept that you're not supposed to be available after
Wednesday because if if I ask you out post Wednesday
and you don't have plans yet, then you're going to
look like you didn't have plans, like you weren't in demand.

Speaker 1 (20:22):
That's a real thing I've heard before.

Speaker 2 (20:23):
I've read this place before, like the women are supposed
to decline dates post Wednesday for the weekend, because you're
in demand, ladies, and you would never be available to
anyone after Wednesday because because of course you've already been
asked out.

Speaker 9 (20:37):
Yes, I can see how that would work in a
woman's favor as far as, like, you know, I'm a
woman in demand, you're the man, right, you're coming from
me type thing. I'm not going to be available at
the drop of a pin. But I always say this,
if we're already talking, we've established that we've hung out
already and I'm interested, Like, I think it's appropriate and
fine to ask, like, what are you doing tonight tomorrow?
Like that's fine, now it was our first date. What

(20:58):
are you doing tomorrow? I'd be like, no, you got
you gotta wait a week for this.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
I just recently had someone do this to me and
I was and honestly it turned me off.

Speaker 1 (21:11):
I was like, wait, what you like? What are you
talking about?

Speaker 2 (21:14):
Like, because I met this person on a Thursday, and
I'm like, squat this weekend. Oh no, I have other
dates this weekend. I don't even know if it's true.

Speaker 1 (21:22):
That part is weird. They tell you like they have
other dates or other well, but that's what you're in
that's what.

Speaker 2 (21:26):
That's what by saying that you're not available to a
guy you just met late in the week, isn't that
what you're implying? I don't I don't have time for
you because there are other people that want to go
out with me.

Speaker 6 (21:35):
What are you?

Speaker 1 (21:36):
Then?

Speaker 9 (21:36):
I could be busy with my friends. Maybe I'm gonna
do this, maybe I got an event at work, Like,
I don't think it necessarily means I'm going.

Speaker 3 (21:41):
On a date.

Speaker 9 (21:42):
And that's weird they tell you that. That is weirdo energy
to me. If they're telling you.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
That, girls like yeah, I got another date, like why
we're well, no, I met this person in person. But nonetheless,
it's like, and then I told her told her to.

Speaker 1 (21:54):
Cancel the date. You cancel the date. She wouldn't do that,
So that's okay.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
But then I'm kind of turned off because I'm like, oh,
so I got to wait till you figure out if
you like the other guy first, Like, oh no, that's okay.

Speaker 1 (22:05):
Andy.

Speaker 2 (22:05):
Granted this other guy had asked her out prior to
me even meeting her, but of course I think I'm
better than him, so I think you should cancel.

Speaker 1 (22:14):
I thought that was a good move. I was proud
of you for that whole.

Speaker 2 (22:17):
Scene, or at least I project. I don't think I'm
better than anyone else, but I'm like, I'm I you should.

Speaker 1 (22:21):
You should.

Speaker 2 (22:22):
I'm standing right here. You should say no to the
other person go out with me? And said And at
least I maybe it comes off cocky, but at the
same time, it's not what are you supposed to do?
When you ask someone I like I have another date?
What are you supposed to do? Be like, okay, no,
we should.

Speaker 3 (22:35):
All feel that way about ourselves. We're the best option. Hello,
it's right here.

Speaker 2 (22:38):
Yeah, But sometimes I think people they they I've never
once been like, hey, you want to go out tonight
or tomorrow and if the woman is like yeah, uh,
I've never once thought like nobody wants this chick never
minds like yeah, I just I just want to see
if anybody else wanted to do. I've never once thought.

Speaker 3 (22:55):
That, yeah, you can't play ladies. We shouldn't play games
like that.

Speaker 6 (22:59):
I don't.

Speaker 7 (22:59):
I don't think think it's necessary, Like if you it's mighty,
actually you're actually free go.

Speaker 4 (23:04):
Out juste like the honest answer, why do you want
to start off?

Speaker 1 (23:08):
An interaction train.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
All hold on with all you guys are in long
term relationships, and things have really changed down there with
all of you.

Speaker 5 (23:17):
Just in his defense, but I do I don't know
that there should be I think everything is so situational.

Speaker 1 (23:23):
I don't know either.

Speaker 3 (23:23):
It needs to be a rule that fits everything. I
hear what we're all saying now, I hear.

Speaker 9 (23:27):
The only thing I'm saying is that I'm on soft
girl TikTok right now, that's my soft girl emma, feminine,
feminine and energy.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
I wonder how is soft girl TikTok killing? Here we go?

Speaker 3 (23:38):
Here we go?

Speaker 9 (23:40):
Basically, my algorithm is telling me that I have a
lot of masculine energy, which I know I do like
I pick it up from my mother, just like the
way that I am like my mom is very alpha
for sure.

Speaker 1 (23:50):
So I know I am too.

Speaker 3 (23:52):
And now I'm trying to.

Speaker 9 (23:53):
Be in my feminim I can't say that word my
feminim era meaning yes, I'm.

Speaker 1 (23:59):
Trying to leave with you. What does that have to
do with ticktog? Well, that's my algorithm. I'm all these
videos are show algorithm.

Speaker 2 (24:05):
So I was gonna say, and so then you so
all this stuff is coming up on our Instagram that
says like that you should be more feminine.

Speaker 9 (24:13):
Yes, and living in a soft girl era, so like
not to be a hard ass blah blah blah blah blah.

Speaker 1 (24:18):
But what falls into.

Speaker 9 (24:19):
That is is kind of like the whole like, no,
you're worth thing as a woman, which like I know
we all do here, and I'm not saying we don't.
We all do no matter what you choose you I know,
you know, you work, You're worth. What I'm trying to
say is that like you can't be so available to
they're trying to say to men, because it's not like
a bad thing. I don't think you sit there and
go like wow, like nobody wants you if you're free tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
I don't think that.

Speaker 9 (24:38):
That's not what I'm saying is that we're supposed to
come off and portray ourselves as not available at the
drop of a pin type thing that's supposed to put
you in your soft girl era.

Speaker 1 (24:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (24:46):
I don't agree with that because like, I don't know,
this girl had been like yeah great, let's go like okay, cool,
I wouldn't have thought two things about I just would
have been excited the momentum is moving forward, Like I
was excited to meet her, and now I'm excited to
go out with her. You're not gonna make me wait
ten days because I don't know ten Like already, I'm
turned off by that. What the hell are you doing
for ten days that you can you know what I mean?
This coming from the same guy that doesn't actually want

(25:07):
to commit to something ten days from now.

Speaker 1 (25:08):
That's the other thing. What ten days? I don't know.
I might be I might be in uh, you know, Barbados.

Speaker 2 (25:14):
I don't know. I always go to Barbados. Everyone knows
that every ten days I'm there. Ten days is kind
of insane.

Speaker 9 (25:19):
But if it's like I don't know, four or five days,
like you wouldn't I don't think you would say no
just because she says.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
I just think it's silly.

Speaker 2 (25:25):
You'd rather go home and sit at your house pretending
to be in demand than go out with someone because
because you because you because you've rejected onto them, that
they won't value you. That doesn't I mean that honestly,
that's more in your head than it is in most
other people's.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (25:41):
I mean, maybe there are guys out there that are
like I couldn't get plan A, I couldn't get planned B.
So yeah, you're planned C. I don't know maybe, but
I guess I don't look at it that way. I'm
just a guy who doesn't plan well social outings because
I'm a moody guy. I'm a moody guy, and I
don't always I'm you know, sometimes I don't want to.

(26:01):
I don't know. Maybe maybe I want to go out tonight.
Maybe I don't. I haven't decided. But for me to say,
for me to say Wednesday, that Friday, at eight o'clock,
I'm going to meet you for a date seems worlds away,
and I understand that's a turnoff for a lot of people.
But I can also tell you that if I say
to you tonight, hey wait you tonight, let's go to dinner,

(26:23):
that is not intended to be me saying that you
weren't a priority. That's just me saying I'm in the
mood to go on. Are you free? That's it? You
are you or aren't you? But if you tell me
no and then go sit on your couch and drink
wine because you're trying to send a message, I'm turned off.

Speaker 1 (26:37):
Yeah, especially I might find out.

Speaker 9 (26:39):
You're assuming that she's sending a message, but sometimes people
just want to be by themselves drinking wine after a
long week.

Speaker 1 (26:43):
That's not a diss towards anybody, in my opinion.

Speaker 2 (26:45):
For you to for me to ask a woman out
to her face and for her to say maybe next
weekend says to me, you're trying to send me. You're
telling me because I'm like, what about brunch? What about
you know? What about what about coffee? What about this?
I didn't have to be dinner, you don't have anything,
you can't do anything for eight days. I'm like, Okay,

(27:06):
well this is how it's gonna be.

Speaker 3 (27:07):
But what if she tells you?

Speaker 9 (27:07):
I mean, I'm sure I know the answer to this.
So she goes, I'm out of town for the week.
Obviously you're like, oh, that's different, okay, but she didn't
say that.

Speaker 2 (27:13):
She's like, I don't know. I got a date on Saturday,
and then I don't know, maybe next weekend. And then
so automatically I'm like, okay, so we're gonna so now
I gotta sit around wait to see how your date goes,
and maybe next weekend. And then apparently I was supposed
to keep chasing. I was supposed to keep asking yes
over and over again, and I'm like, no, I gave
you three options, you said no to all three, told
me next weekend balls in your court? Now, yeah, you

(27:33):
know what I mean? Like you would you respect me
if I just kept asking over and over again?

Speaker 1 (27:38):
Wan go out with me? One? Go out with me?
You already know, you know? So at what point are
we talking about the your perception of my value? You
know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (27:45):
If a guy's asking you out all the time, aren't
you like this guy's needy or something.

Speaker 9 (27:49):
Well, yeah, you might think yeah all the time, and
I'm saying clearly I'm saying no at that point, you
know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (27:53):
So yeah, Like I get what you're saying.

Speaker 2 (27:54):
And you could argue she didn't want to go out
with me, Well then just say don't give me your number,
you know?

Speaker 1 (27:58):
In that case, Hey Ryan, Hey, how are you doing? Hey? Man?
You planned dates two weeks in advance? How you do that?

Speaker 6 (28:06):
I just I was just gonna suggest that if you
did that, then she'll be thinking, oh man, this this
guy's busy's got lots of plans all.

Speaker 2 (28:13):
The time two weeks. I appreciate it, but yeah, I
don't even know. If a woman would commit to sign
she might two weeks, thank you, Ryan, have a good day, yeah.

Speaker 3 (28:29):
Or something.

Speaker 1 (28:29):
Yeah, he's a girl. There you go.

Speaker 2 (28:34):
Here's a text. No games in dating. You're too old
for that. If someone is meant to progress, everyone pulls this.
That's another thing. I was talking to a friend of
mine that night, and it's like, if she liked you,
she would have figured it out.

Speaker 1 (28:47):
But maybe she did.

Speaker 2 (28:48):
But instead it was like, this girl is young, but
this girl's really young, by the way, like mid twenties young,
and so yeah, and someone's like, she's not interested.

Speaker 1 (28:56):
I'm like, I don't know, maybe not. I guess not.
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (28:59):
No matter to me, But I mean I would much
rather somebody just honestly, I'd rather be ghosted. I'd rather
somebody does not respond to me than than to hang
me out there for weeks, you know what I mean?

Speaker 8 (29:10):
I don't, right, Why don't you find another date until
next week?

Speaker 1 (29:14):
I didn't. Don't you worried about.

Speaker 6 (29:21):
Thank you?

Speaker 1 (29:22):
Oh? You think you think I went home and just
said around no. Yes, So I didn't do that marking
off the days in this calendar.

Speaker 10 (29:35):
Only four more days calendar.

Speaker 1 (29:41):
He's got a big circle of it. Yeah, she probably
maybe she's not interested. I don't know. I guess not.

Speaker 2 (29:47):
It's easy enough to just say I'm seeing someone, you know,
I don't know. There's a lot of ways to get
someone to stop asking or to say that you don't
want to go out with them without saying I don't
want to go out with you. This proves my theory.
This is a text that girls think that guys are
more complicated than they actually are, so we make things
complicated because we think you are more complicated. In the end,

(30:08):
we need to drop all the silly expectations and be honest.
I agree, Trust me, most guys are not thinking as
far into it as as you are. And I don't
mean it to make that a male female thing, because
I obviously have thought about this dynamic for ten days now.

Speaker 1 (30:24):
I didn't get my way.

Speaker 2 (30:25):
But I think most people in the moment are just
they're just trying to get what they want. They just
they just you know, they're just going with it right
now and not thinking about, well, you know, if she
tells me no then or if she's I better say
no because I need to look into man and I
have plans and men want me and women want me
and all this stuff. It's like, you know what, if
you meet the right person, all that goes out the

(30:45):
window anyway, right, Like, if you're more excited about then bye,
we're not married.

Speaker 1 (30:50):
Hey, Kiki, we're not married.

Speaker 3 (30:51):
That's right, single baby.

Speaker 1 (30:53):
We go off of I'm like, I know it's Rufio's rant,
but now we're gonna do friends. What the hell just
happened was over here? Yeah? Uh huh?

Speaker 3 (31:04):
Well then did you hear it?

Speaker 1 (31:06):
I heard something. I'm asking you what happened?

Speaker 3 (31:09):
Said that Jason had bed Oh sorry.

Speaker 1 (31:12):
I just heard something.

Speaker 8 (31:14):
And then I'm trying to scratch the pin for this
dunking card to use, and I was like, I don't
have a coin, and Jason's like, I got my key
in my pocket, you want And I was like, you
keep your keys in your pocket? He's when then and
then it got into a sexual conversation.

Speaker 3 (31:27):
Imagine that I was just guessing my boy up.

Speaker 1 (31:30):
You know, imagine that wore the comment.

Speaker 2 (31:33):
My latest annoyance is I spent half my day unsubscribing
to email list that I never asked to be on,
and not even list I didn't not only not ask
to be on them. But it's not even like it's
a company or a product that I frequent. It's not
even like I accidentally forgot to uncheck the box on
something I bought.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
It's just crap I never asked for.

Speaker 2 (31:51):
But you know when they make it kind of tricky
to unsubscribe, Like in the email, you'll click unsubscribe, but that.

Speaker 1 (31:58):
Doesn't do it.

Speaker 2 (31:59):
You gotta and unsubscribed, and then they'll try and make
you go through steps like well, what is the email
address you're trying to unsubscribe? Well, you already know what
it is because you subscribe me to it, but then
you got to make sure you type in the right email.
And I have multiple emails, so I'm not sure which
one it is. Half the time, I just give up
because I'm too busy. And that's what they want. I
appreciate and unsubscribe. That is the like the safe one

(32:21):
click unsubscribed. I appreciate that, and make it easy for
me to find.

Speaker 3 (32:25):
I started emailing them also after I unsubscribe it.

Speaker 1 (32:27):
They love it when you do that.

Speaker 3 (32:28):
Take me off the list.

Speaker 5 (32:29):
I've unsubscribed thirty times and now I'm getting responses. Honestly,
Oh and they're like sorry. I'm like, yeah, you should be.

Speaker 2 (32:35):
I think it's against the law, isn't it. Like if
you unsubscribed, then they're not supposed to send you and
they're doing it.

Speaker 5 (32:40):
They're still doing it, and but I think it's also
against the LAFE. You say take me off the list,
like in writing, they have to take you off the list.

Speaker 2 (32:47):
Well, I say we start naming those people each day
on the air. Please listen to a whole segment call
us and tell us who won't unsubscribe you, and we'll
actually know we won't do that.

Speaker 8 (32:56):
Diphone does this sometimes it will be on the top
of your email that's already.

Speaker 2 (33:00):
Let me take you something else. And my brother does this.
My brother in law does this for a living. He's
a computer coder guy. If there is a website that
doesn't let me auto film my credit card information on
my phone or my computer, I will find a website
that does what like if I go to buy something.
If I go to buy something and it won't because
I don't have my credit card memorized, well no.

Speaker 3 (33:22):
But go get it. Or they take a picture now
and they just put the numbers in for you.

Speaker 2 (33:26):
Well yeah, but that means I have to have my
card there, Like, how hard is it for you to
make it easier for me to spend money? If that
technology exists, where.

Speaker 1 (33:33):
Is your card? It's always in your pants.

Speaker 2 (33:35):
It's not I put I put it away when I
get home, puts in shorts.

Speaker 1 (33:39):
He goes a short short, I gotta put in.

Speaker 2 (33:41):
I put in my house close mode, and I put
the credit card in my wallet. I put my keys.
They're all in a drawer, they're away. What I'm saying
is this technology exists. Okay, So if your company is
too lazy to do and integrate it into the purchasing process,
I will find a place that does, even if it
takes me longer.

Speaker 1 (33:58):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (33:58):
Really, And my brother in law tells me because he
does this for a major grocery store chain in the country,
and he tells me, he's like, dude, we make it
a point to make sure that it is as easy
as possible for you to spend your money with us,
Like no thought required.

Speaker 7 (34:13):
Love it. Yeah, it's so annoying. I memorized mine that lazy.

Speaker 2 (34:18):
Well you too, but I still don't want to come on. Like,
let me click on one thing. It fills out all
the boxes my address everything boom boom boom. Otherwise can't have.

Speaker 7 (34:27):
The have the Applebee option now that yeah, boom, and
then there's no reason we shouldn't have exactly just what
to say.

Speaker 3 (34:35):
It's just that he needs to call me a problem
with that.

Speaker 1 (34:40):
We talked about the same thing. We get on the
phone to me and more.

Speaker 4 (34:46):
Fread Show next, You've got to wait.

Speaker 9 (34:53):
Fread Show is on now, hottest morning show.

Speaker 1 (34:57):
You want to get it all right, guys.

Speaker 2 (35:01):
This weekend our iHeartRadio Music Festival is live from Vegas.
It's on the radio, of course, on the iHeart app
on Hulu as well. Food fighters call that boy. Kelly
Clarkson came rattle awayne a little dirt. Let me grab
it some more. You do not want to miss it.
It's tonight and tomorrow we'll be live from Vegas.

Speaker 1 (35:19):
Do you ever get he fripe? Yes?

Speaker 8 (35:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (35:23):
So, first of all, I'd like to discuss the effect
that I just went. I just used the restroom. Okay,
I know, which doesn't number one? Number one number one. Occasionally,
if I drink enough water first thing in the morning,
which is a new goal of mine, want to be
a water drinker, then I have to be at work.
If I don't drink enough water in the beginning of
the day, then I don't and that's not good. It's
not good. But so I walk in. There there's three urinals, right,

(35:47):
I go to the one on the far left. Dude
walks in right after me, goes right to the middle.
What now. The only defense I can offer and for him,
is that the two the left in the middle are
at one high and the right is much lower. Okay,
but still it's not so much lower that you can't
use it.

Speaker 1 (36:06):
It doesn't matter. You got to save that space. Man.

Speaker 2 (36:08):
And so he comes, he goes right next to me
and just whips it out, immediately starts painting.

Speaker 1 (36:12):
You can hear it me.

Speaker 2 (36:14):
For some reason, First of all, I think this is
funny because he came to the middle, so I'm trying
not to laugh while staring at my you know stuff.

Speaker 6 (36:20):
And then.

Speaker 2 (36:22):
And then I can't make it work, like nothing will
come out, and I know I have to pee, but
I'm like, he's peeing and I can't and it won't work.

Speaker 1 (36:33):
And then it wasn't until he leaves.

Speaker 2 (36:35):
He must think I have, like, you know, some serious
medical issue like uh, weak stream or something, but no, he.

Speaker 1 (36:42):
Waited there the whole time, he washed his hands and everything, and.

Speaker 2 (36:45):
Then he finally laughed. And then I, for some reason,
my body would let loose and let it go. But
I had I had like pe fright, and it wouldn't.
You guys have never experienced it.

Speaker 4 (36:54):
I'll have to wait a minute, like if there's someone
next to me, I have to like wait, like really concentrate,
but it'll start like I'm not you know, and like
it'll eventually start.

Speaker 1 (37:04):
It wouldn't start. And then he left it and it started. Yeah,
I gotta go. I gotta go. I get frightened when
I'm peeing, but I.

Speaker 9 (37:11):
Know there's like other things that should be coming out
to but I don't want to because you have to
hold it.

Speaker 1 (37:15):
Do you stop ping because you don't want to let
a fart out?

Speaker 6 (37:17):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (37:17):
Yeah, that's me. Wait so you can hold half and
half it hurts.

Speaker 9 (37:21):
It hurts, like but like I'll do that so that
my fart goes away. Does that make sense?

Speaker 6 (37:26):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (37:26):
I don't want to.

Speaker 2 (37:30):
Your first nasals nose natal cleft chart?

Speaker 1 (37:42):
Wow? Where my natal chart?

Speaker 9 (37:45):
That's astrology term astrological.

Speaker 1 (37:48):
So you're look at people's butts in the stops in
the stars, Jesus as over there. It all start as
a butthole. Just so you know.

Speaker 4 (38:02):
You've ever been left waiting by the phone, it's the Fredshell.

Speaker 2 (38:07):
Hey John, good morning, Hey, good morning, welcome to the program.
It's waiting by the phone. And you met a woman
named Isabelle. So what's going on with her? We need
to know how you met, about any dates that you
guys have been on, and then why do you think
you're being ghosted?

Speaker 6 (38:22):
Yeah? Well I wanted to waive the story out there
and see what you guys thought. I met her on
Hinge and I liked one of her photos, you know,
classics Hinge.

Speaker 1 (38:34):
Right, Yeah, that's how it works.

Speaker 2 (38:36):
It's like, you know, yeah, on hand, you hit a
heart though for the people, you know, for those who
haven't been on the dating aps in a while, you
pick a picture. I think that the actual strategies to
pick a prompt I hear it's better to pick one
of the things that they wrote on there. But you know,
like with these like letters and stuff. But anyway, and
I also have a theory about Hinde that we can
get into later. I wonder if women don't judge men

(38:57):
on which picture they choose if they choose a picture,
because sometimes there are thirst traps on there. And what
I wonder is if you like like the bikini pick,
does that get you less credit than if you like
the one where she's like helping the homeless or something.
That's what I wonder. But anyway, okay, so you guys
matched on there and.

Speaker 6 (39:14):
Then what Yeah, I think it was a picture with
her with her dog, So.

Speaker 1 (39:17):
There you go, you pre game there.

Speaker 6 (39:19):
Yeah, we started talking, you know, started texting the app.
I saw that she was into football on her profile.
You know, I like, I like some of that, so
I invited her out to go to a bar and
just watch.

Speaker 1 (39:33):
Some of the games.

Speaker 6 (39:36):
You know, pretty pretty casual date. And we actually had
a lot of fun, I'll just say it. We got
pretty pretty soft and one thing wanted to another. Oh yeah,
came back to my.

Speaker 1 (39:48):
Place so old as time, so old. Yeah. Okay, so
things went down, and uh and then what is good?
Where's the issue? Like, she hasn't talked to you since exactly?

Speaker 6 (40:03):
You know, I like her and I wanted to see
her again, but she hasn't responded to me, So sure,
what's up?

Speaker 1 (40:11):
All right?

Speaker 2 (40:11):
Well, this is our specialty. We're gonna call Isabelle see
if we can get her on the phone. We're gonna
ask some questions on your behalf and hopefully we can
straighten things out and set you guys up on another
date that I we hope is a success, but this
time we'll pay for it.

Speaker 1 (40:23):
All right, Oh that that would be fantastic. Okay, Well,
hang on one second, John, and to play one song.
We'll come back.

Speaker 2 (40:29):
We'll call isabel and see what's going on. Good luck,
my man, All right, thank you. Let's see what happens next.
Part two of Waiting by the Phone after this song
on the French show. Good morning, It's the frend Show.
Part two of Waiting by the Phone. Hey John, Yes,
all right, welcome back. Let's call Isabelle. You met on Hinge,
you matched, you went out, you had what you thought
was a really successful date, really successful including a you know,

(40:50):
a bit of a body's colliding. Yeah, yeah, that's marching.
I don't know what is it body's colliding? Is that
in the biblical Matthew song's body is colliding?

Speaker 1 (40:59):
And s mart do you mean crash? Yeah? Maybe that's
what I meant. I don't know. It's surely satellites crashing.

Speaker 2 (41:04):
I don't know whatever it is anyway, So it went
really well, but she has not contacted you or responded
to you. Since you feel like you're being ghosted. Do
you want to know why exactly? All right, let's call
her now. Good luck, John, Thank you? Hell, Hi, sus Isabelle.
It Isabelle. Good morning. My name is Fred. I'm calling

(41:27):
from the Fred Show. The whole crew is here, the
morning radio show. I have to tell you that we
are on the radio, though, and I would need your
permission to continue with the calls, and okay if we
chat for a minute.

Speaker 1 (41:36):
Uh yeah, I guess so, Okay, Hi.

Speaker 2 (41:39):
I know it's a little bit a little crazy get
a random call from the radio, but we're calling on
behalf of a dude named John, who I guess you
matched with on one of the dating apps and went
out with recently.

Speaker 1 (41:48):
Do you recall this guy? Yes?

Speaker 3 (41:51):
Yes, I do you do?

Speaker 1 (41:52):
Okay, So what happened with him?

Speaker 2 (41:53):
Because he called us and said he liked you a
lot and felt like your date went really well and
kind of expect that you guys would go on another
date and that you'd respond to him, and and all
of that, but he says he hasn't heard from you
that you're ghosting him.

Speaker 1 (42:05):
He thinks, is that true? Yes, Oh okay, why is that?

Speaker 11 (42:11):
Yeah, well, you know, we did have a lot of
fun on the date like that. That was good, and
you know, I thought the situation was pretty promising un
until we actually because we we hooked up, you know,
so he.

Speaker 1 (42:24):
Did mention that that that you know that happened.

Speaker 11 (42:28):
Yeah, so what I mean, first date, that's always a
little weird whatever, But it was it was good.

Speaker 3 (42:33):
Everything was fine.

Speaker 11 (42:34):
But you know, we first started making out and then
I thought I heard him say something about a baby
or something like something weird, and I just figured I
misheard him, and so things like continued and we went
a little further and then he started saying like I'm
going to put a baby in you.

Speaker 1 (42:59):
No no, no, no.

Speaker 3 (43:00):
Yeah, like more than once and I you and yeah.

Speaker 11 (43:07):
So when it was finished, I just like could not
get out of there fast enough.

Speaker 1 (43:10):
It was so weird on the earth. Yeah, I feel
like ninety nine percent of men on a first date,
and like I'm trying my best not to put it,
like I'm doing everything in my power not for that
not to happen. How sexy?

Speaker 2 (43:23):
The guy wanted to make a baby with you on
the first day?

Speaker 1 (43:26):
What a guy?

Speaker 3 (43:27):
Yes?

Speaker 11 (43:29):
No, gross, And I mean like we were you know,
we were saying we were using protection and everything, but
like it was just so weird.

Speaker 1 (43:37):
Who does first date?

Speaker 3 (43:38):
He didn't even know my last name?

Speaker 2 (43:40):
Well, hold on, I forgot to mention it is about
the Jonas here. I'm so forgetful. I forget that part.

Speaker 1 (43:44):
So you it was like, you're telling her that you
want to do this. Is it some kind of weird fantasy?
Because you also apparently weren't incapable in that moment of
doing that. So is this that turn you on somehow
to like think about procreation or what's going on?

Speaker 6 (44:00):
Uh? Sorry, She's like, Okay, I don't okay, I don't
remember that that well. But yeah, I mean, you know,
you're in the middle of stuff, and I don't I
thought it was hot.

Speaker 2 (44:18):
I don't know, you thought that was all the things
that a virtual stranger could say to you.

Speaker 3 (44:27):
What I mean when you got that, good God, you
don't know what he might say.

Speaker 1 (44:32):
That's what you know.

Speaker 7 (44:33):
You know, man, he just got excited like and said that, Yeah,
they're not they're strangers, but they're together with their clothes off,
so it ain't too strange.

Speaker 1 (44:42):
We say crazy stuff.

Speaker 3 (44:45):
I do too, but I don't want a baby, so
I'd be like, hey.

Speaker 10 (44:49):
I'm gonna put that's the other thing that it's like
a dog hump, like it's not gonna work.

Speaker 3 (44:58):
That's how you know it's good. Like logistically, I'm smart ass,
I'd be like, that's not possible right now.

Speaker 1 (45:03):
So I don't want a baby either. Oh yeah, that's
how you know it's good. I want to impregnate. Is
that a press to a person you just met?

Speaker 3 (45:15):
Well, you're doing other things to a person you just met.

Speaker 2 (45:17):
Okay, yeah, yeah, that's that's when I'm not. I can't
get on board with you there.

Speaker 1 (45:24):
I can't. I can't ride with you. Kick you on
that one. All right.

Speaker 2 (45:26):
Look, so he said something crazy. You know, maybe he
regrets it. Maybe he does, and I don't know. He's
in the moment. People do say things in the moment,
and usually it's like affectionate stuff. But anyway, that's affection.

Speaker 3 (45:39):
That's affection.

Speaker 7 (45:40):
That's a love, Paulina, Come on now, it's all fun
and games until it actually right.

Speaker 3 (45:46):
That's a whole different conversation.

Speaker 2 (45:47):
Yeah, is will you give this guy another chance?

Speaker 3 (45:52):
I'm no, it was so weird.

Speaker 1 (45:54):
I can't wow. All I got is well on this one.

Speaker 2 (46:00):
I mean, okay, John, look you seem like a good
enough guy, but I don't think it's gonna work out. Isabel,
thank you for your time. Best of bluck to both
of you. Oh John, you want him to put a baby?

Speaker 4 (46:11):
No?

Speaker 7 (46:11):
No, no no, I'm a single relationship woman.

Speaker 1 (46:18):
Yes, oh now you are. By the way, now we
know what Big Tim is saying it.

Speaker 3 (46:26):
Prove it, guys.

Speaker 2 (46:27):
Our iHeart Radio Music Festival's finally here tonight and tomorrow,
live from Vegas. All the big stars will be there,
Kelly Clarkson, Jason Brown, look for him, he'll be drooling somewhere,
fall that boy, food Fighters, Kane Brown and more. So
many acts and you don't have to miss a second
of it. You can watch it on Hulu, you can
hear it on the radio and of course the iHeart
app as well. It's Our iHeart Radio Music Festival this

(46:48):
weekend from Vegas.

Speaker 1 (46:49):
It's the Fred Show. Caln's entertainment report is on the
Fread Show.

Speaker 3 (46:54):
J Belvin confirmed that he and Ed Sheeran are dropping
a joint album soon. Wow, did not have this on
my Bengo card.

Speaker 5 (47:02):
So he did a recent cover story with Nylon magazine
and he was talking about his EDM inspired record as
well as his collab album with ed. He said, it
came about an organic, natural way we met. We had coffee,
we'd run into each other at the gym.

Speaker 3 (47:17):
What the hell, Jim, do you guys go to give
us the tea?

Speaker 11 (47:21):
Right?

Speaker 3 (47:21):
He said? At the hotel again? What hotel? Please?

Speaker 5 (47:24):
The record's going to be another album that will offer
a lot to talk about because it's like merging two worlds.

Speaker 3 (47:30):
Surely it is merging two different worlds. But they have
worked together before.

Speaker 5 (47:35):
They've dropped two singles in the last year, I believe,
so that's not a surprise, but a whole album.

Speaker 3 (47:42):
I don't know. I really like that Peru huh. That
Ed Sheeran song he did.

Speaker 5 (47:47):
That sounds like a kind of topically, So maybe it'll
be that kind of vibe.

Speaker 3 (47:51):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (47:52):
Jersey short star Ronnie Magro or Teas Magro said that
he's grown a lot and turned his life around over
the last couple of years, and he thinks he's finally
ready to get back with the show, Jersey Shore.

Speaker 8 (48:03):
You don't think you I need it, my god.

Speaker 10 (48:08):
The Ronnie Sammy reunion. We've all been waiting for to
see how it goes. Because I'm sick of the story
build up of Mike, the situation being the drama, Queen
Angelina being the escapecoat.

Speaker 1 (48:20):
I'm thinking of this storyline.

Speaker 3 (48:23):
I don't want to hearing you.

Speaker 1 (48:25):
Okay, So the ogs all back together.

Speaker 5 (48:27):
We don't know if he's in, like for sure to film,
you know, indefinitely, but we do know that they did
film together in Florida. We saw those photos, so there
is footage of them, so we will see them reuniting.
But he's interested in like going back back. I just
he's I don't know, he's fragile. I just hope he's right.
I hope he can handle.

Speaker 3 (48:45):
He's been through a lie. He needs to get his
life together like Mike did. Mike, Mike went through a lot.
He did.

Speaker 1 (48:50):
Oh for sure progress, That's what I'm saying. Yea, he
will tell you too for years now.

Speaker 3 (48:54):
So hopefully ron can yet.

Speaker 5 (48:56):
I know, because that boy is getting dragged from cars
and getting his ass bet I don't, I mean, but yeah,
I hope that hey, and whatever he needs to do
is protected if he does go back. But yeah, so
we will get to see that reunion. I don't know when.
But I am annoyed at the girls crying and yelling
at Agel.

Speaker 3 (49:10):
And the two. I am very annoyed about that. And Mike,
Mike is just.

Speaker 1 (49:14):
Looking for something to do. I feel like, oh yeah.
Liam Payne is.

Speaker 5 (49:18):
Out of the hospital after suffering that kidney infection. His
girlfriend Kate Cassidy said that he's doing so much better.
He's out of the hospital and in good hands. If
you missed it, he revealed I think it was August
twenty fifth in a message on social that he had
been hospitalized with a serious kidney infection. I heard those
hurt really, really bad and he had to postpone a
lot of tour dates. So he is doing better and

(49:38):
hopefully he can reschedule those dates. We have more to
check out online at Fredshow Radio dot com.

Speaker 2 (49:43):
I have a new term for you guys today, just
in case, cause I want to keep you up to
date all the time on all the different dating terminology.
It's very important. Do you believe any of you, have
you ever been or are you being paper clipped.

Speaker 1 (49:55):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (49:56):
This is when an X reaches out just after you
got over them in order to then disappear again.

Speaker 1 (50:03):
It's called paper clipping.

Speaker 2 (50:05):
It's toxic because they mean to keep you on the
back burner and unbalanced. This is according to a clinical psychologist,
it's when someone has enough emotional intelligence to know what
they're doing, but they also have high manipulative tendencies and
a disregard for how the behaviors are affecting others. The
red flags of paper clipping being treated as if you're disposable,

(50:26):
a lack of concern for your well being, having no
end goal in sight, sporadic, random and non meaningful conference.
This sounds like me, but except I don't have no
I don't have a lack. There's nothing sinister about it,
you know, I don't. I don't reach out to people
that I I mean, but this is like ex'es. I
think this is people you had like a full on
relationship with. I think that's kind of messed up if

(50:49):
you had a full on relationship and then the person
gets over you, but you're still hanging around, like there's
real emotional baggage that's still sort of lingering there. I
think that's messed up. If it's just casual, you just
ignore the person. Right, If it's just casual and you
hear from someone you don't want to talk to, you
just ignore them. I was trying to tell someone this
the other day. This is this girl, she's young, mid twenties,

(51:10):
feels like she got screwed over by this guy, and she's,
you know, posting all these thirst traps and trying to
come up with all these different ways to, you know,
do what to say to him in response when he
reaches out again for sex or whatever. And I'm like,
I got an idea, don't say a word, nothing, nothing, nothing,
nothing drive And I know this for a I know
this is a guy who's been dating for twenty years.
Nothing drives someone more crazy than when you do not

(51:33):
respond to them.

Speaker 1 (51:34):
Yes, no words are all the words.

Speaker 2 (51:37):
And I'm trying to tell her, but I want to
tell him and I'm going to do this, and I'm like,
it's it's so transparent.

Speaker 9 (51:42):
Sounds like me, I will fight still, there's no fight
left in me. But like they say that no response
is a response, and that actually, from what I've heard
from TikTok is, you know, it's my Bible. They say
that men respond better to no response, like that'll make
you go more crazy as opposed to get yes exactly,
getting a long paragraph that doesn't work.

Speaker 2 (51:58):
Like if I if I'm seeing somebody and it doesn't
you know, that person's not happy with me, and then
all of a sudden she starts posting swimsuit photos or whatever.
I'm like, oh, not that I want to get to anyone.
I'm not trying to get to anyone. It's not it's
not sinister, it's not a purpose. But like then I know, like, oh,
I see what you're doing here, Like I see what's
going on. You know, you have an upper hand in

(52:18):
that way, even if you don't want to. And then
but it's like sometimes you just got to you just
say nothing.

Speaker 3 (52:25):
Yes, it works like a charm.

Speaker 2 (52:27):
And it drives people crazy. So this paper clipping thing
just you don't allow it to happen. I guess you
just you just don't respond. And then and then it's
like you can start blocking people. But I think when
you block people that also says something that old that
I think you don't block, you don't do anything. You
just don't say anything.

Speaker 3 (52:45):
And keep living life. Like they never existed.

Speaker 1 (52:48):
Yeah, it drives me. Nut's when it happens to me.
It drives me crazy.

Speaker 3 (52:52):
Oh gosh, Okay, well it does because it's.

Speaker 1 (52:57):
Well no, it's like wait a minute.

Speaker 2 (52:58):
But on the flip side, if I don't know why,
sometimes people do it and then you don't know necessary
because again I think this term is about Okay, you
were in a relationship, there was high emotion, you break up,
that takes a while to get over. You get over,
and then this person just keeps appearing. Now that's manipulative
because it's like, you know what you're doing there if
it's casual and it just kind of you pop in

(53:19):
and out because that's always been the nature of the relationship.
Then sometimes when someone doesn't respond, you're like, well, wait
a minute, what did I do? You know what I mean, like,
what did I do to you? Like we didn't have
it was informal, so now all of a sudden, why
am I not worthy? But anyway, all this all this
means is when you don't respond, people start thinking and
then you have the control.

Speaker 3 (53:38):
That's right.

Speaker 1 (53:40):
Hear that I heard fewer words, not more words.

Speaker 3 (53:44):
So you want control, man, that's the goal.

Speaker 2 (53:46):
Uh No, I don't want to feel like I don't
have control though, if that makes sense, Okay, I don't
need control. I just I don't like the unknown, you
know what I mean? Like, I don't. I don't like
it when I mean you're this, I think it's the anxiety.
Are you this way? When you like if someone, if
you reach out to someone and they don't respond to
you in a period of time, You're like, why why
don't they respond to me?

Speaker 5 (54:07):
Yeah, which is why I always respond no matter what.
I don't believe in not responding to people.

Speaker 3 (54:11):
But that's just me.

Speaker 1 (54:13):
Yeah, I like words.

Speaker 2 (54:16):
That's what I'm saying though, is it's not a control thing.
It's just where do I stand? Even if it's not good.
I guess I'd rather know where I stand. Yeah, but
then you don't give me that. It's like, sound like that.

Speaker 1 (54:26):
It's the Fred Show. Do you have what it takes
to battle show Biz? Shelley in the show Biz Showdown?

said that Kim was calculated and always had been with
her move to fame, And I think like no one
was surprised. I mean, I think that's pretty open. Kim
has always said I wanted to be famous, I wanted
to be in the magazines like she was thirsty.

Speaker 3 (01:00:04):
Let's just call a spadus bata. But when Caitlyn said it,
people thought, you know that they that Caitlyn was coming
for her.

Speaker 5 (01:00:10):
And it's really that her comments in the promo were
really just a big, bigger part of a smaller part
of a bigger conversation.

Speaker 3 (01:00:17):
So here's the deal.

Speaker 5 (01:00:18):
Caitlyn's featured in the trailer for that upcoming DOCU series
House of Kardashian which it's a British show.

Speaker 3 (01:00:25):
I can't even speak today. I don't know if we
can even watch it.

Speaker 5 (01:00:29):
I'm looking, but it dives deep into the family's rise
to fame, and in the first look, which came out
last week, Caitlyn says that the quote was kimberly calculated
from the beginning, how do I become famous? And while
it seemed like a dig I'm hearing that the calculated
word wasn't the best choice. But it's already been related
to Kim that she didn't mean it as a diss

(01:00:49):
and it's.

Speaker 3 (01:00:49):
Part of a bigger conversation.

Speaker 5 (01:00:50):
You know how with trailers they try to make things
look more salacious than they actually are, and they have spoken,
they're on good terms. Kim understands a bad when she
sees one, and for the first time. I mean, this
is a series that the Kardashians don't have control over
the editing, so it may not go their way. But
she didn't mean it that way. And I honestly thought
she was just stating a fact, because that is very true.

(01:01:13):
You know, she wanted to be famous.

Speaker 3 (01:01:15):
That's just a fact. The CEO of Adidas, this is interesting.
I don't know how to say it.

Speaker 5 (01:01:21):
Beyorn Golden, I don't know that's his name, bjo r
n Bejorn. He spoke about Kanye West, saying the rapper
and producer is not a bad person. So I don't
know why he felt the need to say this. But
remember Adidas cut their ties with him after he made
very very anti Semitic remarks. So this dude, this Adida's dude,
was on a podcast and he said, when you work

(01:01:42):
with third parties, that can happen. It's part of the game.
That can happen with an athlete and entertainer. It's part
of the business. I think Kanye is one of the
most creative people in the world, which is true both
in music and I would call street culture.

Speaker 3 (01:01:54):
He's extremely creative.

Speaker 5 (01:01:55):
But then he was like asked specifically about those comments,
and he said, I don't think he met what he said,
and I don't think he's a bad person.

Speaker 1 (01:02:02):
It just came across that way.

Speaker 5 (01:02:04):
That's kind of what I have an issue with, because
he repeatedly said it, and you know, doubled down. So
I don't even know why you would cut ties with
someone if you don't I don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:02:15):
It was like, it was a very interesting thing to say.

Speaker 8 (01:02:18):
I feel like he's just trying to say face because
I know they've lost it. They've lost a ton of
money since he yeah, of course, and like I don't
know any other Adidas besides me.

Speaker 1 (01:02:28):
Honestly, YEA trying to help the business.

Speaker 3 (01:02:31):
It's also not a good look.

Speaker 5 (01:02:32):
For a German to be like talking about anti semin
Semitism in a way that's like not, you know, fully
against it.

Speaker 3 (01:02:39):
I don't know. I just feel like I don't know why.

Speaker 5 (01:02:42):
He touched that, but he did, And I mean I
don't I don't know that Kanye is a bad person either.

Speaker 1 (01:02:46):
I just think he definitely met it at the time,
whatever the hell he was saying.

Speaker 5 (01:02:50):
Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon, and Stephen Colbert have canceled a
live event as Jimmy has tested positive for COVID.

Speaker 3 (01:02:57):
We are seeing this everywhere.

Speaker 5 (01:02:58):
I mean, everyone is getting sick right now, but Jimmy
row Well, Las Vegas, I got COVID and sadly, we
need to cancel this weekend Strike for three show. I
could never live with myself if I got my hometown
friends sick. Thanks to all who purchase tickets, everyone will
get full refunds. We're going to try to reschedule if possible,
and Strike Force three is what they were calling that
podcast that they were doing for the Writers' strike, and

(01:03:20):
they were also apparently going to do a live event
in Vegas this weekend. But Fred could have gone, and
now he's going to have to skip it because he
could have done his impression of Jimmy Fallon for Jimmy,
which we need to click, so that would have been iconic.

elephant man parts. Elephant webs are so long that animals

(01:04:42):
sometimes use them as a fifth leg for balance. Wow,
other animals, I guess though, these animals, not other animals.
There's so long that animals, I mean they could, I
guess the other animals or whatever. The elephant elephant wings
are so long that animals, these animals themselves will use

(01:05:03):
it as a fifth leg and just kind of lean
in and then they're like, wha.
