Speaker 1 (00:00):
Caitlin's Entertainment Report, and he's on the Fread Show.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Jennifer Garner got candid and emotional about the wildfires in
La telling NBC, I did lose a friend, and for
our church it's really tender, so I don't feel like
I should talk about her yet, but yeah, I lost
a friend who didn't get out in time. She also
said she can write out a list of one hundred
friends who lost their homes, which is leaving her feeling
overwhelmed and guilty as her own has come out unscathed.

(00:24):
She said, I lived in and around the Palisades for
twenty five years, so I think all of us we
just want to get our hands into working somehow to
be helpful. It's not some far away place that you
can't reach. And as for what she's doing, Jennifer started
working with Chef Jose and his World Central Kitchen, which
he founded in twenty ten and helps distribute meals during
tragedies around the world. Switching gears to Caleb Williams The

(00:47):
Bears QB, who fell for a prank done by a
bunch of kids pretending to be the team's new head coach, Fred.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Did you see this? I don't think I did. It's amazing. Okay,
So here's the deal.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
So word is that Detroit Lions offensive coordinated Ben Johnson
is slated to have an interview for the role on Saturday,
following the firing of Matt Ever Whu's earlier this season. Now,
in the prank which is going viral, a group of boys,
like young boys, probably high school, I want to say,
they texted him and they said, Hey, Caleb, this is
Ben Johnson. Just wanted to reach out ahead of time

(01:17):
before it gets released to the media. I will be
taking the head coach job.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
Very excited to work with you in the future. Great things.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
And so Caleb texted back and he was like, is
this actually Ben? And they said yes, I wanted you
to be the first to know. We'll talk more as
the season wind's down, and he wrote, I'm definitely excited
for the future. Let's get this bit going and turn
it around and do what hasn't been done in years.
After that, the boys face timed him and he answered,
and then obviously he saw it. It was a group
of boys. They just said, Hey, Caleb, it's me Ben Johnson.

(01:48):
They're they're cracking up. One goes come to the Dolphins. Bro,
They're telling each other to shut up, they're all nervous,
and then they go, listen, you're a great QB. I'm
so glad that you are going to get a new
head coach. I don't know if it's Ben Johnson, and
I'm sorry about this.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
Yeah, I like I would check with somebody. I think
i'd call somebody and be like, is this real? I
wrote back how happy I was.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
Yeah, he took it well though. He said all good,
all good, peace out, and he hung up. But can
you imagine, like just a group of high school boys.
It was really funny. We'll have to post it because
I was cracking up. It's going viral, a viral vib right.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
Now, yeah today, viral. Fine, don't worry.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
Justin Bieber is reportedly planning to come back to the
music industry this year. Where it is is that he's
been working on new music and plans to tour later
in the year, which we need desperately.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
What nothing. You two saw the tour with me?

Speaker 2 (02:45):
You mean right before he got diagnosed with Ramsey Hunt
syndrome and his face was paralyzed to rest. He's been
he's been arrested, dan it.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
Was my first time seeing him and it was sad.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
It was sad, but he was dealing with health issue.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
No, I'm worried for him. I think he's I hope
he's better now he can make fire music. Still the
album slapped if he needs.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
Jason doesn't want to tour, Bieber, but I want you
to tour. I've seen him on other tours and he's amazing.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
That was That was interesting.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
But yeah, we were at the last show before it
got canceled, which is pretty crazy. We do need new music.
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, well just be careful, Bieber.
Jason's worried.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Yah song a time, real slow, Oh my good. I.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
In other music news, the Weekend Real name able test
Fay said he's hoping to retire his Moniker because he's
overcome every challenge as his persona. He's said the rat
race of more success, more shows, more albums doesn't end
until he puts an end to the Moniker. He said,
The Weekend Persona has been mastered and it doesn't feel
like a challenge anymore. He's dropping his next album, Hurry
Up Tomorrow, on January twenty fourth, so this month, and

(03:56):
it's going to be the final installment into his Blinding
Lights album trilogy, and the first single is good. I
like it, so hopefully the album's good. Is he allowed
to tour anymore?

Speaker 1 (04:05):
He can tour? Okay, we're not ready.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
Okay, guy, I.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
Think he's good. Yeah, but he said he's tired to
see tour. Those weird things to you.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
He's going to be a new name. I don't know
if he's able.
